El personal marca la diferencia
Pros:

Las instalaciones son estupendas, el desayuno es excelente, variado y surtido y bien asistido por el equipo, no falta nada, es un bufé de lo más completo. Sobre todo destacar al personal. Desde la entrada del hotel se siente uno acogido, se preocupan porque todo esté bien, incluso el responsable de limpieza de la planta de mi habitación se interesó por la satisfacción de mi estancia. Esto último marca realmente la diferencia; enhorabuena al equipo del hotel, se nota que cuidan genuinamente de sus clientes. Repetiría experiencia sin duda alguna. Es un hotel ideal para pasar una o dos noches por tránsito de avión. La zona es moderna y está en construcción pero a 5 minutos andando también se puede experimentar la autenticidad y el caos de la ciudad.

Airport hotel
Pros:

Stayed here for about 8 hours on a longe layover between flights. Very convenient for the airport and Ambience Mall if you want a bit of shopping therapy. Had a great meal here before our flight too. Excellent

Cons:

They will charge a deposit during check-in and the room rate during check-out. Unfortunately, I still haven't gotten my deposit back even after almost two months. Communication via phone or booking is not the best.

Pros:

I had an early check-in and a late check -out-it all was accomplished
I like Aloft ,Delhi I have stayed there multiple times and always had a good experience

Cons:

There is really nothing I can think of right now
Maybe the pricing could have a little less, but I realize Delhi is not inexpensive
