No salía agua caliente en la regadera , se fue la luz a la hora de arreglarnos y no se preocuparon por nada , un amigo llegó a la una pm y le cobraron 300 pesos por darle la habitación antes de las tres , de nada servía sin agua ni luz , se me hizo un abuso total , nos dijeron que sábado y domingo había desayuno bufete y nunca llegó , un calor insoportable nos tuvimos que salir de la habitación yo te juro al menos una coca te invito pero no , no les importo nada , llegamos tarde a la boda por ese detalle y la alberca helada y cuando hable para ver si reservaba ahí me dijeron que estaba muy rica. Total no volveia ahí, mejor llegó al hotel de enfrente
desafotunadamente hubo que cancelar la reserva por que no tuvimos la red de internet que esperabamos..... básicamente ese fué el motivo principal por el cual no pudimos alojarnos y tuvimos que optar por otra alternativa

La coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y la regadera echaba agua por todos lados, les comenté que deben limpiarla para que salgaejor el agua. Muy bien servicio.
El costo es alto para las instalaciones del hotel, está todo limpio y fumigado, pero el baño todo antiguo y desgastado, las toallas igual. Sin aire acondicionado y sin mosquiteros, entonces te aguantas el calor extremo en la habitación.
Nos cambiaron de habitación para el 2o día porqué ya habian pagado antes que nosotros otros huespedes, una con cama King y tenían urgencia.
No lo recomiendo.
