Enjoyed the hotel and all of its style.
The hotel is situated 2 minutes from the end of the old town market, makes it super convenient to explore the old town in the afternoon/evening. Everything in old town is walking distance from this hotel. The hotel also has a convenient and affordable laundry service as well, which is handy since Hoi A was midway in our travels.
We also let them know in advance that we were celebrating our honeymoon and they decorated our room upon checkin.
Lovely hotel, great location just a minute's walk from the night market and many eateries. Fabulous rooms with the best shower on the trip to date and lovely warm pool. Note that the 'River view' rooms are overlooking the quiet part of the river (not the busy but where the lanterns are). Only one small issue is a steep slope to get from the lobby to lift...it wouldn't be good for any disabilities or elderly who aren't sure footed.
Beautiful property close the sights and sounds of Hoi A but serenely quiet. Breakfast was amazing.
Our fridge didn’t work
Hotel was in a good location but is a little dated. The breakfast was ok, but not great.
The facility was quite nice if it wasn’t for the black mold issue in the bedroom and the severe allergies it caused us (see photos).
The back wall where our bed was located was covered in black mold and caused us to have severe allergies the night we stayed there (see photos). We unfortunately switched hotels the following night because we couldn’t tolerate the mold. The hotel refused to give us a full refund for the night we stayed at the hotel and has been unresponsive to booking.com. Stay away.
Not much to like from this hotel
The room of the hotel was humid, extremely humid. They did not have two way ac. The ac was fixed at cold air. So, it was impossible to make hot this humid place.the bedsheets were wet and all our cloths became wet.when we left Hoi An, fortunately after 3 days we both. were sick with fiver and coughing. The location was close the center but the street in front of the hotel so small and consequently only small cats came to pick us up. The staff were so insisting people. For example, when we arrived they caught us for half an hour for promoting some fashion shops and finally they told us that our room was not ready!! The breakfast had some left over of the previous night meal.I would not suggest going to this hotel especially if you are not very young.It is NOT the same hotel with the hotel with the same name which has SPA...
Nice hotel at walking distance of the attractions of the old town. Has a night market close by but far enough to be quiet at night. The breakfast was nice, had a beautifull pool and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also organised our transport to Hué with a great driver. The bed was confortable (hard bed with a kind of duvet on top so it made it semi-soft). Good air conditionning and wifi. Early check in available at a fee. Laundry available at 40k vnd/kg same day delivery.
The hotel location is good, only a 5-minute walk to the night market and within a 10-minute walk to the old town. The environment is quiet but convenient. The only thing that needs to improve is the breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a bit dated and there was a lot of dust in the room, but bedding and bathroom both clean. Pool is great - tucked away in a courtyard/garden setting. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety, incident an egg bar. The location is also extremely convenient for walking into old town and the night market and Grab cars were almost always immediately available. The best part of this hotel is the staff, especially the guy who manages the breakfast. He was so friendly and remembered both our names after the first day.
Staff were divine and went above and beyond, they were so kind and helpful. The hotel was super close to the main attractions, and we loved being on this side of red bridge as it was quieter. Great street food at the end of the street, and we loved having the night market outside outdoor.

Cosy hotel just a few blocks from the action. Great staff (especially Mr Huang), and great pool to cool off in. Rooms are a good size. Delicious breakfast.
