Away from the crowds and the traffic. Very peaceful.
Pros:

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy staying here very much. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are top notch. I always enjoy slipping into bed in this hotel. I always stay in a King Suite because the space and the access to a kitchen is great, when I need it. I don't use the fitness center but they do have one, as well as a game room and a pool that is older kid friendly.

Cons:

I park in the back parking lot and I had to drag my suitcase through 2-3 inches of snow because the back parking lot was not plowed. There had been a snow storm but the other side of the hotel had been plowed.

My go to for Madison.
Pros:

Beds are comfortable. Linens are excellent. Quiet. Soundproof rooms. Hot options for breakfast.

Amenities galore, kids loved it! Balcony and kitchenette was wonderful
Pros:

It had everything! Cool pool with basketball hoops and a dump bucket. Gym, arcade, full spread for breakfast. Our room had a pull out couch so our boys didn’t have to share a bed which was great.

Cons:

The location of it was a little odd to get to, but otherwise it was all awesome.

It got the job done
Pros:

The room was clean. Staff was friendly

Cons:

Unfortunately I had to be out of the facility before 7am both Saturday and Sunday so I missed the breakfast. Starting the breakfast at 6am on the weekend would have nice. Also the lamp between the beds did not work. It was not the bulbs but the outlet and that was not fixed although i brought it up to the staff. No fan in the bathroom is not great.

Pros:

The room was fine. There was no shampoo or conditioner and when we called the desk, they would not deliver it. The fitness center is small but adequate but very hot. Waited on line at the front desk for 10 minutes until someone came who could turn on the fan.

The beds are amazing.
Pros:

The breakfast has a lot of choices for a variety of tastes. There are carb choices and protein. There are usually apples and bananas for fruit. There are microwavable breakfast sandwiches, hot coffee, juice, waffle makers and syrup. The beds are what I look forward to when I stay here. I have arthritis in every joint in my body, spondylosis in my back and usually hurt immensely. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens are generally amazing. Lots and lots of pillows, some soft, some firm. I really look forward to sleeping in their beds.

Cons:

The shower door wasn't attached properly and when I tried to open it, it fell toward me. I've never had this experience here before and stayed here multiple times. Just suggesting that if the door seems difficult to open, be careful, it may be off the tracks.

Such a nice stay!
Pros:

We had everything we needed, and once we took into account rush hour, we were happy with our location and with our stay. Everything was very quiet and very clean, and it was nice to have everything we needed in the kitchen.

Everything was clean and the breakfast was tasty and the breakfast area was clean & had lots of tables. I liked seeing the manager helping out during the breakfast. The suite was spacious and clean and comfortable.
