Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. We didn’t use any of the facilities but they looked clean and well-maintained. Good location.

Cons:

Staff was not very friendly or all that helpful. We asked for an early check-in, as we were driving from out of state for a wedding that started at 4 pm. We understood early check-in could not be guaranteed, but the front desk told us they would text us as soon as our room was ready. They did not. When we arrived, someone else said the room was ready, which was great but we wasted time driving around when we could have got into the room if they texted or called when it was actually ready.

Also 10 am checkout time seemed to be an outlier in the area - friends staying at various other hotels in the area had a later (11 am) checkout. Here, the staff knocked on the door at 9:30 to remind us we needed to be out by 10.

Good place for a short stay.
Pros:

Great location for Avalon. Quiet room. AC worked well. Staff was approachable and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are condos. Our room was very plain and was stocked different than the room our friends stayed in. No dishwasher. Limited supplies for us to eat in the room.

We'll be back!
Pros:

We loved the layout! The table was big enough for playing games- a rarity in a motel. The couch was comfortable enough that we watched a movie. Jessica was amazing. She answered our questions quickly and was super kind.

We loved everything.

A nice beach stay!
Pros:

Nice room, comfy beds, full size fridge. The location was just across the street from the beach. There was a nice deck and pool. The guy at the desk was helpful and kind.

Nice accommodations, a short walk to the beach. Clean and comfy
Pros:

Clean and comfy. Unit was bigger than usual at the beach! The beds were nice and the fridge was a nice size. There’s a brew pub within walking distance!

Great Family Resort
Pros:

I come here with my hubby & sons every year. They still love coming with us even now that they are adult men. We enjoy how friendly the staff is. Plus the people who clean the rooms. Rooms are always clean. Plus right across from the beach. Plus a very nice pool on the premises. We enjoy that there is alot of things here to do. Miniature golf the Greyhouse Poker Palace. Some great places to eat as well.
