Pros:

Bon emplacement, les chambres sont grandes

Cons:

Chambre pas très lumineuse, rapport qualité prix un peu cher et le petit dej n'est pas convenable pour un restaurant, en revanche les plats du soir sont biens !

El hotel era bonita las áreas comunes

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tenia sabana para el frío, la tele muy vieja para lo que cobran, las cortinas muy clara para descansar, el personal mal servicio, como fuimos por trabajo, no nos quisieron esperar ni dar tiempo para el check out, como nos despertamos tarde por el evento de trabajo que fuimos, empezaron a llamar una y otra vez, hasta incluso se les comento que mientras guardabamos las cosas que fueran limpiando y todo en negativo, muy poco comprensión, tolerancia y colaboración del persona.

Staff was very nice, the facilities are very clean, the parking is wide and available for the guests and beyond. The pool is a nice touch, it is in the heart of Panajachel, and it is very close to the pier. The rooms are nice and clean.

Cons:

The rooms can be a little bit stuffy when it is hot. There is no air conditioning available, so reconsider if you are a person who overheats easily... Otherwise, a very solid hotel in a great location.

Habitacion demasiado pequeña.para el precio que cobran nada bonita la habitación sin espejo en la..habitación sin sofá demasiado sencilla para el.precio que cobran ne me gusto nada por la noche sopla demasiado el viento y las puertas son de madera suenan un montón nonte dejan dormir el.ruido.

Traveling with my sister and would definitely visit again.
Pros:

The staff ,garden , pool were amazing. The chapin breakfast was yummy. It’s in an excellent location. Water was hot the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were lovely. The beds are a little hard and it would be nice for an extension cord behind the tv to plug the fan in as it’s quite warm in there.

Cons:

The beds are a little firm and we couldn’t access the empty plug behind the tv to plug in the additional fan
