The location and the staff were amazing. John was great. He was very helpful!
The room was so dirty that we had to request another room.
Breakfast was very satisfying
Buffet type breakfast
Clean, quiet
Pet pee stains/smell in hallways
We liked the location and having breakfast in the morning. We also enjoyed the suite size of our room for our large family.
We didn't like that someone was smoking weed or some strong smoke smells, that kept coming into our room from the air vent.
Easy access to coffee
Practically all the breakfast crew and for sure the staff at the front desk were grumpy. More interested in their phones than the customer. However the cleaning staff was super friendly.
The breakfast was a show stopper because it was exceptional quality. We even booked another stay with home2 because of it. The lady at the counter was wonderful, super friendly and helpful.
The pool was a little cloudy but it didn't stop us from swimming.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The staff member who checked us in was extremely rude.
Front desk staff was helpful and polite. Met a housekeeping staff member in the elevator who was very nice as well. Room was spacious and clean.
The pool was awful. The water was green and so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. Paint was peeling from chairs and the deck was slimy and filthy. I was disgusted but after 9 hours my young kids were begging to swim. Lashes and multiple dirty bandaids on the pool deck, and no towels. Worst Hilton hotel pool I've ever seen. My room was out of conditioner (they have the permanent kind on the wall). I'm sure staff would have refilled but I didn't know it was gone until I was soaking wet, mid-shower. Please check between guests.
Breakfast was great and the hotel room was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.
The common areas (hallways and elevator) were not the cleanest. Floors were sticky. Pool was murky and had no towels. When I called front desk about it, they originally told me that I had to leave and walk wet to the front desk to get some. They ended up bringing some later, but it felt begrudgingly. Also, while swimming, we witnessed the person who was paid to clean the gym just sit on his phone and not clean for the 35 minutes we were in the pool.
Seems like the room had a strong dog odor. We made it through the night!
It was very dirty. Carpet in the room was musty and wet. My children’s clothes were black from the carpet. Shower door was broken
Room is spacious.
Checked in at approximately 10:40 pm, front desk employee Chris was very dour. No emotion, and slightly surely. I am moving and was towing a 6’ by 12’ enclosed trailer and I asked if there was anywhere to park my trailer & he commented that the facility was not designed to accommodate trailers, So with that crappy attitude I told him that I was leaving my truck & trailer parked under the front portico, since he was not the slightest bit concerned about recommending a solution.
Once I got to my room #317 I noticed that the corner of my couch was somewhat shredded, as if a dog was chewing on it or a cat was using it for a scratching post.
Location to places that you needed to attend.
The breakfast was pretty good. The staff working that breakfast area that specific morning was a little rude to my kids.
I didn’t like that I got there so late to check in and by the time I got to my room, it smelt of rotten food. Upon further inspection, I found a sock underneath the bed and I found pizza that was in Ziploc bags still in the fridge and I have drink bottle of soda and my wife didn’t sleep good that night due to the fact we were thinking that it had that been missed what else in that room was not cleaned for the price we paid for that room. We expected a little bit more than what we received. Me and my spouse feel like we should have just gotten a cheap two star hotel.. we chose Hilton as it is a nicer hotel then the cheaper two and three stars hotels but was very disappointed as we paid almost $150 just to get a room that stunk and was dirty
