Clean, friendly staff and great location
Surya at reception was absolutely amazing with her service. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel and staff especially surya is the best .
De rust terwijl t in een zeer drukke straat ligt. Veel restaurantjes, marktjes en winkeltjes in de buurt. En strand ook om de hoek. We waren dit jaar voor de 3e keer hier en t bevalt nog steeds.

Location was great. Very close to everything you need and only a small walk from the beach. Staff were fantastic. We had an accident and they really looked after us and helped us. Great breakfast.

Very noisy we had a room in the front road
Room was clean and large with a lounge setting as well as a bed. Bathroom fixtures were nice. Breakfast was ok with most options but eggs/pancakes required asking rather than being freely available. A single coffee machine for all guests also slowed things down slightly. But overall, all the things were very nice.
The hotel is situated next door to a night club. The hotel staff were very open about this after I had booked and when i arrived at the hotel and also offered ear plugs. Although they mentioned it was only 2 nights/week (Tues and Fri), in reality it was more often than this and the music was very loud until 2-3 in the morning. Sleep was disturbed and it left me tired during the day which is undesirable for a holiday.
Such a beautiful resort. Staff and service was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be booking here again on our next stay !

Our stay at Eastin Ashta Canggu was completely ruined by noise. The hotel is right next to a club playing extremely loud music until around 2 a.m., with the bass so strong that you can actually feel it vibrating through the hotel.
And when the club finally closes, the noise doesn’t stop. For roughly another two hours there were taxis and motorbikes arriving and leaving, people shouting outside, and general street noise. Getting a proper night’s sleep was virtually impossible.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that none of the major booking websites make the severity of this noise problem clear. Had we known that staying here could mean nightclub bass until 2 a.m. followed by hours of traffic and yelling, we would never have booked.
Whatever positives the hotel may have are irrelevant if you cannot sleep. If you value peace, quiet, or simply expect to be able to sleep at night, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
