This was the 3rd time I’d stayed at your hotel and I was underwhelmed at a few things.

Breakfast was disappointing, juices were all watered down, no barista onsite to make fresh coffee, no pineapple.

Wooden Deck surrounding the pool area was rotten and broken in many places. Needs to pulled up and replaced with fresh deck, my sun lounger fell through some of the rotting deck and I was lucky not to hurt myself.

Also tiles on the bottom of the swimming pool were coming away and leaving sharp areas on floor that can cut feet. Pool need to be drained and tiles fixed.

I don’t think I’ll be staying again unless the above issues are addressed as they really impact the experience my family had at the hotel.

Nice and modern hotel with big rooms and all needed facilities in great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Very comfortable and modern rooms with great beds, wifi and space. The pool area is great and the proximity to the beech, restaurants, shops and spas is perfect.

Cons:

There is a club next door that on Tuesdays and Fridays plays VERY loud music, the hotel did inform about this nothing they can do about it. Earbuds and also entrance to the club (if you like to go there) are offered so we were fine.

A great place to stay, I will definitely be staying again!
Pros:

Excellent facilities, the food was great, and a very central location, making it easy to walk everywhere. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is fantastic.

Cons:

The nightclub next door can be noisy - the hotel is very upfront about this though, and it’s only for two nights a week.
