Luxurious River City King Suite exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable and excellent location in Southbank.
Staff were professional and helpful. Rooftop Bar and Restaurant, great food, excellent views to city and river. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again.
Valet Parking is expensive per night.

Steam room wasn’t working which was disappointing. The shower in our room was broken only realised in the morning when we went to take shower and was rushing to check out to get to apt . Hotel wasn’t notified til check out because of our early departure so they had no opportunity to rectify for us. But we had a fabulous time
Good location, staff were great
Pool and rooftop bar were beautiful.
Our bedroom smelt of dirty drain, tried to ignore it but every time we returned to the room we were hit with the bad smell.
The door was very hard to open and close.
I picked a water bottle from the pool and took a drink, someone had filled it with pool water.

The french pastry restaurant had wonderful breakfast.
The location is very close to multiple restaurants. By walk it is only about 15-20 minutes to the CBD and the walk to go there is wonderful thorugh parks and across the river.
Bathroom and shower were great.
The restaurant closed quite early in the evening but that is the case everywhere in australia.

Beautiful boutique type hotel with great location, restaurants and gym.
Room cleaning was poor. Not properly done and sometimes only after 5 in the evening.
