Excellent facilities, excellent staff service and excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Attention to detail by the staff. Great facilities.

Cons:

Lifts were often slow.
We had a false fire alarm and my floor was evacuated but the instructions wasn’t clear.

excellent although sleep deprivation knocks off my desire to re-stay there, at least not in Cabana
Pros:

the roof top cabana was great luxsh pad well set up

Cons:

The rooftop cabana was one of three and it was very noisy as gym was at rear opens at 6 am and the gate post with pool access from lift was outside corner and was very noisy so sleep was deprived and for a $1300 suite was a disappointment compared to to the joy of poolside and the location and its wonderful view - being notified of the risk of noise was not observed as I did ask for quiet room on initial booking. I did ask to be moved to another Cabana away from slamming pool gate and gym so last of 3 nights we could relocate and I slept a bit beyond 6 am so was thankful, I feel noise insulation would be a good option although costly for you as management.
