The location, the staff and the room.
The staff were great, went above for our special occasion. The was very nice and had plenty of room. The hotel is close to cafes and restaurants.

Absolutely superb service from staff, stunning room and amenities. Great location. Loved the bar downstairs which we went to on 2 different occasions during our long weekend.

Cons:

The roof top bar was ok, views stunning, however when we went the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other and the service was average.

breif stay for a special birhtday
Pros:

Room was beautiful. Bed was Comfy. Pool was outstanding sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Cons:

Remote was not the best for the TV. ( Could have been batteries i did report it to reception. Pool could have been warmer it was pretty cold. No Tea making facilities. Question 4 asks if I visited a beach that was closed for maintenance.
