Enjoyed it very much! The rooftop is beautiful 🙂 staff are very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The grand feel of the entire hotel

Cons:

We asked for our light to be fixed in the bathroom and it wasn’t done … this was disappointing for the money we paid to stay there

Comfortable hotel in great location slightly let down by slapdash housekeeping
Pros:

Very comfortable room. Great location on South Bank.

Cons:

Housekeeping wasn't great. Dirty glasses were not changed and room was not hoovered each day.

We had a lovely weekend, convenient for Southbank & city, staff were very attentive & we will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay at the Emporium although the only downside was that it was not long enough! Definitely be back for a longer stay.
