Die Zimmer 4. OG sind extrem ruhig.
Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Da es extrem heiß war, wäre eine Klimaanlage schön gewesen. Es gab aber einen Ventilator.
Lage ist sehr gut, Personal freundlich, die Räumlichkeiten sauber.
Fenster zur Hauptstraße ohne Klimaanlage: an warmen Tagen findet man kaum Schlaf.

The breakfast was great. The breakfast room was air conditoned. The issue for me was kind of my own fault, I failed to notice that Hotel Brack has no air conditioning and it was beyond hot in Munich. We had a fan to blow hot air around and our window wide open but it was really hot. Had we not prepaid for the room, I would have left. It is an old hotel which does not have modern facilities. I was also unlucky that the train station right near by, and a reason I chose Hotel Brack, was under construction and out of service. Not the fault of Hotel Brack but definitely impacted my view of the place. We also had unlucky timing, we came during the BTS concert, which we were not attending but, as a result, all hotels in Munich were quite expensive and we paid a lot for a non-air conditioned very simple room. It was akin to a 1940s seminary dorm room. Not lavish to say the least.
No air conditioning. It really was a major problem for us. Not their fault because it is an old hotel but it was a big issue for us. i wish I had read more carefully! It was intolerably hot in Munich and because we had prepaid, we had no recourse.

I was lucky enough to find a free parking space available. That was the only positive aspect of my stay at Hotel Brack.
The room had no air conditioning and was located on the side facing a very busy and noisy street. With the window closed, the room became extremely stuffy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. However, keeping the window open was not a solution either, as the street noise started from around 5:00 AM and made further sleep impossible.
There was an unpleasant smell of an old building both in the corridors and in the room, which negatively affected the overall impression of the stay.
Although the hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, there was no possibility to bring a dog into the breakfast area. I understand that pets may not be allowed where food is served, but the hotel could provide a separate designated area where guests with dogs could have breakfast. The breakfast was not even a buffet; it was a fixed portion served by a waiter. Since we could not leave our dog alone in the room, we were unable to have breakfast together. We paid for breakfast but could not use it.
The staff was also disappointing. After seeing the room, I asked whether it would be possible to change to a room facing the inner side of the building because of the noise. I was told that the hotel was fully booked and this was the only available room. However, this did not seem to be true, as rooms were still available for booking on Booking.com during our stay.
The room and the bathroom were also extremely small, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially considering the price paid.
Overall, the condition of the hotel, the room standards, and the level of service were completely disproportionate to the price. The experience did not match the expectations for a hotel in this price range..
Hotel znajduje się w naprawdę świetnej lokalizacji, gdzie nawet pomimo wyłączenia 3 stacji metra, mozna poruszać się komunikacją zastępczą lub przejść się ok. 20 minut do Centrum. Bardzo smaczne śniadania.

Room is beautiful. Location is perfect, but unluckily U bahn was under construction. Check the U bahn availability if you are to stay there.
Staff is wonderful, helpful and very polite. Thanx to Eren bey, he supported a lot. Also the Turkish lady in kitchen was somkind, polite and helpful.
The breakfast was strange. They tell you where to sit, you cannot choose what to eat. They bring a plate with cheese and salam. How do you know what i want to eat? Maybe i prefer more cheese and no salam. Or maybe i prefer a second salad. Strange that the Tunisian lady removes the orange juice when i order tea. That was the strangest breakfast i have ever seen in any hotel. Guys, you cannot save up on what your guests eat. Really annoying breakfast.
It was unbelievable clean!!!! Not a spot to see!
