Pros:

Bem localizado com linhas de onibus e metro relativamente próximo

Cons:

O serviço de limpeza apenas disponível uma vez durante toda a estadía, sendo necessário agendar na noite anterior na recepção, caso esquecer o quarto ficará sujo, mesma coisa com as toalhas tinhas que ser solicitadas
O lixo tinha q ser pego por vc mesmo e deixar no corredor.
Não tinha água de cortesia
Não tinha banheiros na recepção

Pros:

I go there often. 2nd and 3rd floors I like. I hope this place stays cheap so that I can visit again.

Cons:

Once I stayed on 4th floor and the AC machines on roof were making deep vibrating noise so the next time I always ask to avoid 4th floor.

Good value in a great location.
Pros:

Friendly staff and a free coffee on arrival were very welcome! Clean and comfortable with 24/7 reception and good amenities. Wifi was good and location for both buses and subway is excellent. Close to an excellent (Aussie style) cafe with great coffee @ a place called 100bikes.

Pros:

- 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 아라시야마로 가기도 기온쪽으로 가기도 좋은 중간 위치입니다.
- 호텔은 작지만 관리가 잘되고 있고 시설이 깨끗합니다. 방 사이즈도 가격대비 훌륭합니다.
- 직원분들이 친절하고 저희가 갔을 땐 한국어를 하시는 분도 계셨습니다.
- 저희는 1층에 묵어서 그런지 와이파이도 문제 없었습니다.

Cons:

- 음, 층간 방음이 잘 안됩니다. 밤엔 전체적으로 조용해지는 분위기이긴한데 윗층에 묵는 손님에 따라 좀 복불복일거 같아요.
