Уютный и милый отель :)
Pros:

Отличное расположение. Близко от метро, но при этом на тихой улочке. Достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Чисто, уютно. Отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

Интернет испортил немного впечатление, wifi работал очень плохо. Мы не смогли им пользоваться.

Pros:

受付の対応や館内の清潔感。京都の西側の観光に便利。大宮駅から近くて料金もリーズナブルです。

Cons:

バスルームのドアノブが緩んでたのとシャワーのフックがぐらついてた。
テレビのリモコンの電池カバーが紛失してた。

Pésima experiencia.

La ubicación

Cons:

Las recepcionistas muy mal educadas. En la habitación la nevera hacía mucho ruido por la noche y no podía no dormir.
Vino hizo un video y me dijo no es normal , hablaré con el encargado.
Al volver al hotel me dijo no podemos hacer nada,la única opción es quitar el enchufe de la nevera y yo mo podía quitarlo porque siempre me traía comida para desayunar.
Además de todo no hablaban inglés.

Falta ventilació a l'habitació però bona relació qualitat-preu
Pros:

L'atenció del personal va ser immillorable. Sempre van ser molt amables, atents i disposats a ajudar-nos amb qualsevol dubte o necessitat.

És un detall molt d'agrair que ofereixin cafè i cafè amb llet gratuïts a qualsevol hora del dia.

La recepció és oberta les 24 hores, cosa que dona molta tranquil·litat.

Si ho necessites, et canvien les tovalloles diàriament.

També tenen paraigües a disposició dels clients quan plou, un servei molt pràctic.

A més, just davant de l'hotel hi ha una estació de Luup, fet que facilita molt els desplaçaments.

Cons:

L'habitació només disposava de quatre penjadors comptats. Per a una estada de cinc dies i dues persones són clarament insuficients.

Els coixins son molt baixos i si en demanes un d'alt, no et poden donar cap solució. Ni oferirte'n un d'extra perquè dormis amb 2 :(

La finestra pràcticament no es pot obrir (només un parell de centímetres), de manera que és impossible ventilar bé l'habitació. Com que la neteja no es fa diàriament (ens van indicar que, com a molt, cada tres dies), durant diversos dies l'ambient es fa carregat. L'única alternativa era obrir la porta cap al passadís, cosa poc pràctica perquè hi passa la resta d'hostes i, a més, al juliol hi feia força calor.

Finalment, la ubicació és una mica allunyada del centre de Kyoto, tot i que aquest inconvenient queda bastant compensat perquè hi ha una parada de metro i de bus molt a prop, fet que permet desplaçar-se fàcilment.

Grote kamer ideaal gelegen bij metro en de binnenstad. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Je betaald vooral voor de kamer die heel prima is.

Cons:

Helaas hele slechte wifi. Waar na vragen men niet veel kon doen. Dsn maar zonder wifi.

When we go back to Kyoto definitely gonna book the same hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Free coffee and tea

Big room, very simple setup it was amazing. Clean, good sized bathroom.

Cons:

Great location, few minutes from the Main Street where the Gion Mitsuri festival was celebrated. Quiet area, nearby shops, everything was perfect.

こじんまりしてるけど部屋が広い

部屋が広く清潔感がありました

Cons:

窓のブラインドを閉めても夜も外の明るさがわかるし、朝になると凄く明るくなるので遮光カーテンになれている方は気になるかも。
窓側のベッドで寝ていて寝返りをうったり足をバタバタしているとブラインドにあたりガチャガチャして鬱陶しかった。
バスタオルを使ったら少し臭かった。

Sehr clean, Preis Leistung war top!

Cons:

Die arbeitenden an der rezeption hatten keine lust irgendwelche auskünfte zu geben noch einem zu helfen. Auch hatten sie keinen stadtplan und nachdem man eine einfach frage gestellt hat, ob es hier eine u-bahn gibt wurde nur mit den schultern gezuckt. Udn die Frauen haben sich wieder um sich gekümmert. Kein guter Service!
