部屋も清潔感があり、よかったです！
無料のコーヒーもカプチーノやブラックコーヒーなど何回も飲めて美味しくて、大変満足しております！

受付の女性スタッフの接客が良くなかったです！
３人も、女性スタッフがいて、受付はホテルの顔なので、もっと客の顔を見て、愛想良くして接客するべきです！2月6日の16時ぐらいのチェックインの時の女性スタッフ、2月7日の朝8時ぐらいのチェックアウトの時の女性スタッフも良くなかったです！愛想よく笑顔での接客、挨拶の徹底お願いします！チェックアウトの時などは、「いってらっしゃいませ」「ありがとうございました」とか愛想よく一言いうべきです！

Didn't expect such a brilliant hotel for such a cheap price but it was a pleasant suprise, one of the best hotels we've stayed in on our Japan travels and yet the cheapest! Highly highly recommend
