وتم الرفع لبوكينق ولم يتم الحل الى الان؟؟؟؟؟
تم اجباري على دفع مبلغ اضافي
وتم استدعاء الشرطة بغير حق
مما اخرني عن بعض الامور
تعامل سيء سيء سيء واستغلال غير مقبول
عند وصولي الاستقبل يحدثني ان اصعد مع الدرج بدل المصعد !!!!!!
وعند المغادرة انا من قام بانزال شنطي الى ان اركبتها التكسي
وبكل وقاحه يقول ليس من عملنا
وبوكينق لم يقف معي بهذا الامر

The staff are very helpful and kind. The area is amazing
It was an amazing stay in this little, cozy, calm and elegant hotel. I felt very safe here as a solo woman traveller. The staff was so helpful, polite, friendly, they even didn't take money from me for a coffee which I ordered while waited for my transfer. Just 10/10
Location is wonderful, a few steps to the Bosphorus, Galata brigde, and other places.
Room isolation was good, it was so much space there.
I will definetely stay here every time when will be in Istanbul. I would say is like a 6 starts hotel.
