Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal . Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight, welche einen tollen Ausblick bietet.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, daher war der Schlafkomfort nicht so gut. Da wir schon seit Jahren regelmäßig in das Hotel kommen , fällt uns dies auf.

Pros:

Excellent séjour ! L’emplacement est incroyable, proche de toutes les commodités. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables, et le petit déjeuner était vraiment excellent. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Cons:

Quelques points à améliorer : pour le prix, l’absence de balcon est dommage et le tarif reste élevé. Le personnel au petit déjeuner manquait de sourire, et un bar dans l’hôtel serait un vrai plus.

Pros:

Es muy nuevo. Muy buen ubicado. El personal de recepción.

Cons:

Que no hay Netflix. Las toallas de manos muy desgastadas, secador sin boquilla y alfombra en la zona de la cama, demasiado cerca de donde estás descansando y respirando. La zona de la terraza muy pequeña.

Очень удобное местоположение отеля. У нас был представительский номер с видом на Босфор. В номере есть все необходимое: достаточное количество полотенец, тапочки, халаты, зубные щетки, бритвы, мыло, шампунь и т.д. Отличный завтрак, большие порции, особенно понравился турецкий завтрак и кофе по-турецки.

Cons:

Вайфай на террасе, где проходит завтрак, практически отсутствует.

Отличное местоположение. Персонал на высшем уровне. В номере очень чисто, удобная кровать, подушки. Нам очень понравилось! В Стамбуле теперь будем всегда останавливаться именно здесь.

Excellent rooms at excellent prices
Pros:

Great location, walkable to shopping, dining, bars. Hotel doesnt have a bar unfortunately but terrace restaurant has beautiful view. Staff are all very warm and helpful. Room and bathroom were spacious. No lotion so brung your own. They can arrange fior regular taxi to drop off at airport and its same price - no upcharge or commission.

Cons:

No bar, no lotion.

Great hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Could not ask for a better location. Perfectly nestled on the edge of Karakoy, within walking distance to the old town, but out of the touristy ‘hustle and bustle’. The Karakoy neighbourhood itself is vibrant and elegant, with a good mix of restaurants, bars and sites like Galata Tower. The hotel is also right next to the ferry port if you are keen to check out the Asian side (highly recommend). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room itself was very nice and had an excellent view of the Bosphorus.

Cons:

If I’m nitpicking, windows were a bit dirty.

Wonderful!!!!!
Pros:

My stay at this hotel in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The entrance had a beautiful fragrance that immediately created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was huge and offered a stunning view of the Bosphorus, which made the experience even more special.

We were also pleasantly surprised to find a lovely dessert waiting for us in the room, a very thoughtful gesture. On top of that, the hotel kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and a perfect start to the day.

Overall, it was an exceptional experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

ولكن تعامل الطاقم غير جيد و غير احترافي
لا انصح فيه نهائي
السعر مرتفع و التعامل عنصري وغير مقبول
وتم الرفع لبوكينق ولم يتم الحل الى الان؟؟؟؟؟

وتم استدعاء الشرطة بغير حق
مما اخرني عن بعض الامور
تعامل سيء سيء سيء واستغلال غير مقبول
عند وصولي الاستقبل يحدثني ان اصعد مع الدرج بدل المصعد !!!!!!
وعند المغادرة انا من قام بانزال شنطي الى ان اركبتها التكسي
وبكل وقاحه يقول ليس من عملنا
وبوكينق لم يقف معي بهذا الامر
