Fraser Suites Muscat

As a family of 4, the Executive Apartment was perfect and had such a pretty view of the mosque! It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The full kitchen was perfect for quick breakfasts and the washer/dryer was so convenient given our longer stay. Everyone at the property was so polite and kind! A special thank you to Jane, Bashir, and Mohamed for their service and hospitality.
I would say Fraser Suites is great value for the price. And its location is great with all amenities very close by. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Oman.

Not for the faint hearted. Booked two 2 bed suites for our stay in Muscat was looking forward to a good night sleep after driving from Abu dhabi. But was greeted with a strong murky smell as soon as wel left the unwelcoming staff at the lobby. The rooms had a strong tobacco odour even though there was no smoking signs. Breakfast was not worth the extra cad81 extra plus another omanirial 6 at the restaurant. Save yourself the dissapointment, i was expecting much much more from Fraser suites since i had a good stay in Delhi years back. Would not bool at any Fraser suites again.

Very good location close and view of a beautiful mosque, the apartment has very comfortable beds, as well as a large area on the 2 bedroom apartment a nice little pool as well as a good gym just enough to maintain itself and the highlight of this establishment is the staff especially Reem the manager who is just great human professional and very attentive to the clientele really for me if I have to come back here to stay here It will be thanks to her

The room / hotel were very clean. The staff was polite and professional. The bed was great, the pool and gym were also fantastic. Too many good things to write in one review!

This is my 492nd stay over 8 years and 4 months at this incredible and gorgeous hotel, and it never ceases to impress me. The outstanding level of hospitality is truly supreme and has remained consistent over the years. The past management was excellent, and while I feel the current management could benefit from a bit of refinement, the hotel stay still provides a unique and memorable experience. I will return next week and the week after with much eagerness.

I wish to extend a huge thank you to Ismail, Reem, Damitha, Jane, Munther, Salime, Sheikha, Jnan, Salim Al-Busaidi, and last but not least, the security staff at the downstairs gate, for their support, kindness, and exceptional service throughout my stay.

Location is great! Very close to attractions like Sultan Quboos Mosque. Also the best massage ive ever had was at the in house Spa in the hotel its totally recommended! They also remembered my husbands birthday which was an amazing gesture. Totally value for money as the rooms are huge. The only thing i would change is the bathrooms that require updating, and some paintwork needs touching up to give this place a fresher look as it looks a bit unkempt in places. Other than that i would recommend to anyone as all the staff are amazing also, especially the front of house guys. Room 512

I stayed at Fraser Suites Muscat for three nights with my wife, mother, and brother, and we had a fantastic experience. We booked an Executive 2-Bedroom Suite, which was huge and well-appointed. The suite had a master bedroom with an attached bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and two additional bathrooms—perfect for a family stay.

One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with seating, providing a great place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen was a big plus, featuring a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and even an espresso machine. The washing machine was an added convenience.

The service was impeccable—both room service and housekeeping were 10/10. Even before check-in, the staff was extremely kind and patient, answering all our queries. Parking was ample and hassle-free.

The location is great, right opposite the Mall of Oman, just 4 minutes from Avenue Mall and 15 minutes from Muttrah.

I highly recommend booking directly with the hotel, as the deals are fantastic. Would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to others!

Really nice welcome, the rooms are large and comfortable and really well equipped. The pool is lovely with plenty of loungers and an excellent gym.

We liked the help from anburaj, he came with what we needed.
The hotel rooms are big and comfortable and have what you need for a good stay.
WiFi is a little slow but parking is free and that is good when you rent a car from the airport.
We can recommend a visit here.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staffs were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, as well as the hotel facilities, not to mention the location was also perfect. Value for your money. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Stayed over the weekend with friends.
The hotel have spacious rooms and the pool have good view at night.
The hotel is also very near Mall of Oman which is nice and convinient.
Rooms have washing machine also and kitchen... with big fridge...

Great place , we enjoyed our time , comfortable rooms . helpful and caring staff , my friends like it too , we spent the best time at the pool area , was not expecting that in middle of muscat , next to every place : mall of Oman , panorama mall , grand mosque.

Beautiful hotel, need to work on better communication. The room was a 2 bedrooom suite with a jaw dropping view of the mosque. Rajab was amazing at Hamra restaurant.

Great property for a family. We had tons of space in adjoining rooms. Rooftop pool was excellent. Restaurants on site were all very good. Overall a very nice experience and good place to explore Muscat from.

As a very frequent traveler, Fraser Suites, is amongst the most impressive on many counts. Firstly the service is outstanding. We arrived well ahead of checkin time expecting to be told to return in the afternoon. However, we were pleasantly surprised to be directed to have our breakfast and as soon as we were done our room was ready.

This was just one example, however, there was consistent high-quality service and nothing was too difficult. The rooms themselves are incredibly spacious. We had a two-bed, two-bath which had a very roomy kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a separate laundry.

The main bedroom has an incredibly comfortable bed. The shower amenities are good quality.

There are a number of dining options in the building and it is also nearby to a number of shopping malls.

The building also has a spa, gym and swimming pool. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to use the spa although the prices were good. The gym is very spacious with a wide number of modern machines.

Rooms with a view of the nearby mosque are genuinely spectacular.

We stayed at Fraser Suite apartments for 4 nights and found it to be a great place to stay. The rooms are massive, it’s centrally located to all the key tourist locations, it has good amenities and the staff level of customer service was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect: super clean, spacious, friendly service, and inexpensive. Some roads around are unpaved right now due to ongoing constructions, but I am sure it will all be fixed soon. Hamra restaurant was a disappointment: electronic only menu, but wifi was imposible to connect (in the restaurant, wifi in the hotel was fast and reliable). Food was ok, although we were not sure what we ordered until it was served. (Also, a little bit overpriced perhaps.)
I would stay there again, no questions asked.

I love this hotel, always I’m staying in Fraser Suites Muscat.

I have stayed for many times, very clean. Perfect location and they have very beautiful pool and full equipped gym.
The staff are very friendly and helpful specially the reception staff and the reception manager.

I really recommend this hotel specially for long stays and families.
