Hotel Palmeira

Nice hotel, friendly staff, no elevators, good location, there is construction outside but didn’t make noise while we were there.
The breakfast was basic but good to start the day.

Street parking, so we had to park a block away.

Café ótimo. Tudo ótimo.

The room was clean and in a great location, the room was a little old and drab but checking in was easy and they were very helpful allowing us to leave our luggage

Our check in was friendly and quick. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Breakfast before we left was a quick and great start to our day.

El sitio inmejorable, todo al lado. pero las habitaciones muy muy pequeñas, me toco un segundo y no tiene ascensor. Desayuno bueno

As toalhas de banho nao secavam, pareciam umidas. E o cafe, pior do mundo, cafe velho, queimado, parece requentado ha semanas. Horrivel.

Estadia boa e confortável. Quarto e banheiro limpo, café da manhã simples mas atende bem. Únicas observações a fazer são: o hotel não tem estacionamento, o carro fica num estacionamento público que é um pouco longe, a pessoa que nos recebeu não estava preparada.

O hotel Palmeira foi uma agradável surpresa para eu e a minha familia. A localização e facilidades do entorno nos supreenderam. A limpeza da acomodação é algo que queremos também destacar; sempre muito limpo. Em outras oportunidades certamente seria a nossa opção. As funcionárias sempre muito atenciosas e dispostas a ajudar.

We booked this hotel because it was not expensive. We arrived early and were surprised that we were offered a room and could go there as soon as around 9AM. The lady at reception was very nice.
Our room was pretty clean but incredibly cold. There were spare blankets and a heater. We used them, but I still could not warm up after a shower with water slightly higher than body temperature, it never became warmer. If you travel during the winter, you better reconsider this place. Also the walls were very thin and we could hear all the neighbors' conversation.
Breakfast was very basic. The most basic I've ever seen. Tea, coffee and toast were the only warm options.
The location is very close to the touristic area and everything is in a walkable distance.
So the place is okay if you prefer savings to comfort.

For the price, this property was good. A little tired- but has a cozy feel, like your aunt’s house in Des Moines. There were no frills- a bed, shower, tv and there is no elevator - but it’s only 2 floors. Location is perfect for exploring Aveiro. Drawbacks- it was very cold in our room. There was a plugin heater, but it just wasn’t cutting the cold and damp . Saving grace - 2 huge thick wool blankets in the closet. Breakfast was simple and the coffee was great. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Para curta estadia é OK, mas se trata de uma construção antiga e como meu quarto era no térreo ouvia os barulhos da rua.
