The king room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with multiple choices.
They needed another toaster for breakfast. When there is a crowd you are waiting a little.
La chambre est propre et grande, les lits sont confortables. La piscine et le petit déjeuner sont un plus.
La dame à la réception m'a expliqué qu'il fallait payer une taxe de 11.58 CAD que booking avait oublié mais je n'ai pas tout bien compris vu mon niveau d'anglais. J'ai payé . Plus tard sur le site de booking je vois que c'est dû à un changement de réservation (4 personnes au lieu de 3 alors que je n'avais absolument rien changé dans ma réservation. Nous étions 4 depuis le début. J'avais juste écrit à l'hôtel que notre heure d'arrivée était aux alentours de 19h et non 21h pour les prévenir)
Si c'est pour avoir prévenu, c'est lamentable. C'est dommage.
Location was perfect before going on to Toronto. The breakfast was what we expected and enough. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient as many people arrived at the same time. The pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy.

Your company said no extra fees… you lied to me so I will not ever be using this service and be very vocal about the 33 dollars in taxes I paid when I arrived. Further more your app is in the way in just finding hotel. Scam rip off
You lied to me. No extra fees on arrival.. they made me pay 33 dollars extra. Your app shows up on Google and it’s annoying now cause it’s an obvious scam
