Cons:

Staff couldn't do anything, was told they never made up a sofa bed, only one person working couldn't get towels, sheets nothing

Cons:

The extra bed was just springs. There was no cushioning. It was not able to be slept on. There were three of us and one person needed to sleep on that uncomfortable mattress
