Great hotel , except that only two persons allowed to enter the breakfast even you book family room for 4 persons

Unacceptable to book a room for family of 4 and the breakfast yo be only for 2

Average. A bust hotel that focused on numbers instead of guest comfort.

Cons:

Poor housekeeping.
Or bed was initially made without a top sheet.
Reception stead didn’t follow up.
Housekeeping was inconsistent with replacing water, coffee and towels.
Beds were badly made.

Pros:

it was clean, it LOOKED nice and the staff was nice. The room beds were comfy and the ac worked well.

Cons:

The complimentary fees should be optional because my group did not need it at all. Also, the rooms, hallways, and bathroom are ridiculously small and the vent in the bathroom barely works. Within the complementary stuff, the waters were not given to us daily. Even though the waters would be given later to us when asked, i think it would’ve been nice. to get them daily when coming back to our room

Staff was amazing beyond measures in all aspects.
Pros:

Very clean, very comfortable bedding to the point that I did not want to get out of bed. Staff was exceptional. Catered to us 100%. Views were exceptional.

Cons:

The fact that the roof top bar wasn’t actually apart of the hotel And it wasn’t a stand up type of bar. You had to literally be in an area. I’m a busy person all day so when I go to a Lounge or something and I have a seat I automatically will fall asleep so I need to be standing. That want allowed

Somewhat disappointed
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The rooms are small, as are the hallways and the lobby. The toilet was clogged and the water leaked. They fixed it quickly, but they didn't clean it. I had to stand in front of the reception desk, frustrated, until they came to clean, since they kept promising and not following through. I would hardly ever return to this hotel.
