Io ho prenotato una stanza per due adulti e una ragazza di 15 anni la camera invece era per due persone e anche la colazione era prenotata solo per due persone, pessima comunicazione e comunque anche Booking non mi ha per nulla assistito, sta volta pessimo servizio

Quarto simples, mas para quem vai conhecer NY, só precisa dele para dormir. E neste aspecto, está ótimo.
Tv difícil de manusear
Hôtel idéalement situé, non loin de Times Square et à deux pas du métro et de la gare routière. Chambre satisfaisante, propre et confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner.
Le personnel du petit-déjeuner pourrait être plus aimable et plus accueillant. Beaucoup de bruit en salle lors du petit-déjeuner. Manque de chaleur de la part du personnel. De plus, l'attente aux ascenseurs peut être parfois longue.
Location was great staff friendly and helpful
Food offering was not great. Our accommodation included the breakfast, which was very limited and I'd have preferred not to have had it. The only other food offering was a burger. The rooms are small but adequate.

Lifts were problematic at times. Private events meant the cocktail bar and restaurant were closed to hotel guests which was inconvenient.

Βρώμικο, σχισμένα σεντόνια, πετσέτες λιγότερες από τα άτομα που διέμεναν στο δωμάτιο, δικαιούμασταν δύο νερά την ημέρα και βάζανε μόνο ένα,πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο, μικρά κρεβάτια, χαλασμένα στρώματα, φτωχό πρωινό χωρίς ποικιλία-δεν υπήρχε αντιστοιχία ποιότητας τιμής και παρόλο που στην κράτηση μας είχαμε δωρεάν πρωινό για τέσσερα άτομα που μενανε στο δωμάτιο, μας παραχώρησαν δωρεάν πρωινό μόνο για τους δύο και χρεώσανε τα υπόλοιπα άτομα.Μεναμε στον 20ο όροφο και περιμέναμε 20 λεπτά το ασανσέρ γιατί ήταν συνεχώς κατειλημμενο, επειδή λειτουργούσε roof garden και για εξωτερικούς επισκέπτες. Οι υπάλληλοι στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ αγενείς.
