Pros:

Everything was as it should be. Staff were welcoming, and showed us to our room, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and was plentiful. Lovely village location

Such a relaxing stay, would like to return.
Pros:

The location was a pleasant surprise, surrounded by wonderful woodland on a picturesque village setting. Easy parking too! The breakfast was fabulous, with an extensive menu selection and locally sourced food, well presented and tasty. Continental and cooked breakfast included in the price.

Cons:

There were some signs of damp in the older window unit in the room, and a small patch of black mould on the ceiling. However overall the room was clean and everything worked. Appreciated that the issue was likely one of ventilation where windows were not opened. It was not clear where the reception was to check in so some clearer signage would be useful.

Perfect place to stay if you like the outdoors, hiking, cycling, dog walks etc
Pros:

Lovely clean room, food was really nice & tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Super location in the middle of the Surrey Hills, dog friendly & perfect stop off for mountain bike riders.

Cons:

Very popular with mountain bikers so parking was abit limited.

Third stay in a few months! We really like this hotel. Good value for money. Superb Breakfast. Excellent location.

Perfect place to stay to make the most of mountain biking in Peaslake
Pros:

Lovely small hotel which was nice and quiet even though it's above a pub and was a hive of activity with the cyclists. Easy to get a meal at night in the pub and they served an exceptional breakfast! 10/10. Staff were lovely and friendly, a very relaxed feel to the place. Comfortable beds.

Nothing, it was all great.

Pros:

Absolutely loved the location. The hotel was very nice. Good breakfast. It is a little on the "well loved side" but I like that. Staff very pleasant.
Restaurant next door also very good.
Feels like you're on holiday, even for one night

Cons:

The only thing that was frustrating was that there was no milk in the room. It was in the fridge downstairs, but that was a pain. Some uht milk cartons would be a great back up plan please!
We couldn't get our coffee machine to work, but we were only there one night.

Pros:

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and ample and had all the facilities we could wish for.

Cons:

Exterior appearance doesn't do justice to internal decoration and I think it is a shame.
