O Hotel é muito bom!!!Ótima localização,muito bem conservado nas suas dependências,apto sempre limpo,atendimento cordial da equipe,restaurante do Hotel maravilhoso,,café da manhã bem variado e muito bom,já tinha ficado neste Hotel,anos atrás e voltei por ser uma ótima referência para se hospedar na Serra Gaúcha.

Pros:

O Hotel é um museu de arte, da sala ate o espaço de café da manhã, ha esculturas e quadros. Um ambiente com estrutura antiga, familiar, silencioso. Tem um espaço interno, jardim e trilha, muito bonitos, descoberta recentemente duas paleotocas, mas ja ha num dos espaços uma trilha que era utilizada pelo trem em 1922. Eu gostei bastante. Restaurante preco justo e comida excelente.

Cons:

Uma loja interna que somente abria a noite e na entrada tinha souvenir de vidro, minha filha encostou cabelo que é comprido e caiu um copo de 20 reais... achei inadequado a colocação ser exposta daquela maneira pelo fato de não haver nenhuma protecao é como se fosse uma prateleira abaixo do nivel da cintura muito proxima a porta. Pensar na prevenção é uma forma de evitar esse tipo de acidente. Minha filha poderia ter se machucado com vidro.
