Amazing stay at Buenos Aires
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice and helpful since our arrival until the end of our stay. The check in was smooth and fast, and the room was exactly as described in the booking page. The housekeeper lady was really sweet and kept our room in order during all our stay. The hotel also offers free coffee from a coffee machine, which was a nice add on since we got out and arrived at the hotel at odd times. The location is amazing, near a lot of tourist spots, restaurants and convenience stores. A great option for a great price.

High price to what the hotel offer!
Pros:

The location is perfect, you have a lot of options to do around by walking. The roon is ok. The building is beatiful and new!

Cons:

The lift is kind of old style. Basic fit only two persons. The price is high to what the hotel can offer. The desk guy tried to charge me more than I the price in Booking. For that price, you could chose another hotel with breakfast included and other facilities.

Banheiro do hotel com sujeira nas paredes, precisam de um pouco mais de zelo com a limpeza para melhorar, a água do chuveiro é difícil de acertar a temperatura mas funciona.

Pros:

Passamos uma noite o atendimento, localização e dispor de máquina de café e água na recepção éexcelente, mas pelo valor esperava mais da acomodação.

Cons:

O elevador é minúsculo com porta pantografica. O frigobar não funcionou, banheiro pequeno, e volta cheiro ruim, o chuveiro não tem uma boa regulagem da água e tomei o banho mais barulhento da vida.
O quarto não tem isolamento acústico, escuta todos que passam no corredos, acordamos de madrugada com hóspedes que chegaram, a impressão era que eles estavam abrindo nossa porta.

O hotel Up Recoleta é acolhedor, fica em uma ótima localização e os funcionários são muito atenciosos
Pros:

A cama é muito confortável, travesseiros também. Gostamos muito da localização sendo bem próximo dos interesses.

Cons:

Não há nada que eu não tenha gostado.
