Pros:

Super modern. Tolles Design. Insbesondere auch der Pool und die Aussicht von dort auf Kuala Lumpur. Einfach toll. Direkt Bahn-Anbindung.

Cons:

In der Bar wurde der Gin Tonic mit Tonic aus der Dose serviert. Passt nicht zum Ambiente.

The aircon went down to 20 but it was so hot as Malaysia heat very hard to sleep and the heat in the lift was so bad and you also had to go in 3 different lifts to get to the car and pay for parking

Good experience but needs lots of improvement
Pros:

Location is fine, provided you use the metro station which is connected to the hotel. Room is big, clean and well decorated and the balcony is a big plus. The bed is wonderful. Fresh drinking water is provided in a daily basis.
Staff is very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The balcony is not well maintained and it has no roof, so when it rains - which is quite frequent - the whole place becomes really messy. The main downside is the sewage system. An awful smell comes from the bathtub, especially in early morning, which is unacceptable for a five star hotel.
