Alila Bangsar is a 100% smoke-free property; a cleaning fee of MYR 1,000 per day will be charged for violations. Pets, including service animals, are not permitted. Conveniently located with direct access to Bangsar LRT via a sheltered link bridge, the hotel provides easy connectivity to Kuala Lumpur’s key attractions.

Roughing it out
Pros:

Service is good, staff is polite and accomodating,room is nice. Everything inside the hotel is great. Until you get outside.

Cons:

Location is bad. More appropriate to called Alila Brickfields, this hotel is not located in Bangsar. It's deceiving to guests. Hyatt hotels usually have very prime locations, either they are mostly surronded by high end shopping centers or Grade A commercial offices. Not for this particular hotel. I wouldn't use the term slum, .but if you are reading this, use Google live view to see the surroundings. You be the judge.

Parfait ! Les équipes sont attentionnées et serviables
Pros:

Tout était super ! La chambre super spacieuse avec une très belle vue. Le personnel aux petits soins avec pleins de petites attentions qui font la différence: on peut demander à tout moment les équipements dont on a besoin, il y a une bagagerie pour le jour du départ, ils ont posté nos cartes postales ect
L’emplacement est super à coté de KL Sentral pour les transports mais aussi très facile pour les grabs.
La piscine est très agréable, et très bonne literie !
Nous reviendrons :D

Alila stay
Pros:

Nice and comfortable hotel, great breakfast, 6 stops away from Petronas towers. Location is near Little India. Safe area with walking distance to shopping center and spa.

Good experience
Pros:

Room was very clean. Although bed could have been more comfortable (a mattress topper would have been good). Pillows were a little flat. Location is a little off (no food & shopping places within walking distance) but not a big deal as they are available within 5-10 mins car ride away. Enjoyed the hotel breakfast very much - dishes were well done, & mix of ala carte & self service was lovely. Would stay again.
