Smart hotel but not quite 5* service
Pros:

Very smart hotel, well maintained and a great view of the city from the pool area

Cons:

For a 5 star hotel we expected a bit more, such as help with our luggage when we arrived. Feels close to a luxury hotel but could do with a fine tuning. The food is also quite expensive.

Everything is nice, except the location, there is no any shops nearby. And surrounding difficult to buy things if less any

Rooms and all the facilities are super nice, only one suggestion is to upgrade their old version TV. Not smart TV and less channel like 10 years ago model

Pros:

Room is clean and spacious. love the design/theme of the room. there is a coffee machine outside the lift lobby on every floor and some snacks as well, which is a nice touch.

Cons:

breakfast spread could be bigger. It kinda limited at the moment. there is also no bathtub in the room.,
