Pros:

Great place with lovely people and atmosphere. It was beautiful in terms of design, bed very comfy, everything perfectly clean. Breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

Lovely conservatory area with plenty of local guides and books. Opposite the park, righr next t9 the centre of town.

Cons:

I had room 2, ground floor at the front. There was a lot of traffic noise from early morning to the evening.

Loved it, would highly recommend
Pros:

Unfortunately we missed breakfast.
For we had a big night at Festivale. However, I believe breaky would have been really nice, judging by the room it was set up in the conservatory. I would stay there again in a heart-beat.

A peaceful,artistic, heritage place that was very welcoming.
Pros:

We loved the staff, location, the heritage building and the healthy breakfast.
The conservatory where breakfast was served was also set up with comfortable lounges, reading material. The tall windows captured the sun making it a space,if you had time to relax and read.
Loved that we had a window looking out over the park.

Cons:

I would have found the steep driveway challenging but my husband said it was fine and great to have free parking.

We thoroughly recommend this beautiful hotel.
Pros:

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the beautiful Florance. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Kate was friendly and very helpful. Good location too.

2 nights at The Florance.
Pros:

Phenomenal egg and avocado toast breakfast! And one morning we had to leave early, so she prepared breakfast for us to take with us. Walked to dinner. Walked to the brewery. Very quiet and slept well.
