Perfect for a short stay in Launceston.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Easy walking to Launceston CBD. Very comfortable rooms with lovely attention to detail in a beautifully renovated old home. Delicious breakfast served in a light filled modern conservatory.

Cons:

Nothing. It was great.

A beautiful stay.
Pros:

A wonderful old building with sympathetic additions, perfectly located close to attractions. Included breakfast was wonderful, as were the staff.

Das Haus siebt von aussen sehr schön aus.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sebr klein und ohne Fenster! Nur über die Milchglastüre hat man von Toilettenfenster etwas Licht bekommen. Den Besitzer haben wir wegen des Self Checkins nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Unseres Erachtens geben die Bilder der Zimmer ein falsches Bild ab.
Wir haben Minate vor unserer Reise gebucht und erhalten dann mebr oder weniger eine Abstellkammer?

Characterful historic building in Launceston with a warm welcome
Pros:

The location was excellent for exploring Launceston. Free parking at the back of the hotel. Complementary shortbread in the shape of Tasmania on arrival. Beautiful breakfast included in the price. Friendly, helpful staff. Tea, coffee and fruit available all day in the conservatory in addition to kettles in the room. Lots of information/leaflets on the local area. Beautiful historic building with character and charm but modern facilities. Very close to the park and the swimming pool.

Cons:

A minor suggestion but perhaps biscuits available in the conservatory to have either tea and coffee.

This charming welcoming hotel absolutely enhanced my visit to Launceston.
Pros:

Extremely welcoming, clean, great location across from the city park, the breakfast was delicious. There was a plentiful fruit bowl and tea available in a beautiful dining room /conservatory. There was tea and coffee available in my room. The shower was brand new and the water was as hot.
