Great location for a bed and breakfast in Launceston - with friendly staff and a great breakfast.
Pros:

Proximity to everything. Breakfasts great. Clean and comfy. Late check in was super easy.

Choose a room (7-12) on the upper level
Pros:

Clean room and nicely designed. Good quality sheets and linens.

Cons:

# Room very small.
# Numerous stairs to gain entry with luggage for rooms 1-6.
# Little privacy as room so visible from street through the two large windows
# Difficulty sleeping as room (2) so bright all night: light from street lamps leaked around edges of blinds and from light in hallway that leaked around doorway on to the bed. These front rooms would be better to have sheer curtains for privacy and solid curtains for night.

The best place to stay in Launceston
Pros:

The best and cleanest B&B we have stayed in around the world. Beautiful front bedroom was so clean and comfortable. The staff including Alicia and Aleda were so helpful and provided a beaut healthy breakfast. Highly recommended.

Comfortable stay at the Florance in great location.
Pros:

Rooms were very comfortable, clean and tidy. Had a nice breakfast each morning in the wonderful conservatory.
The Florance was situated in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and museums.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
