I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and I come back because it meets my preferences.

My first stay here, after staying in this group's other hotels - this is another winner. Super lovely room that was so calm and relaxing. Due to work, ended up eating at the restaurant a bit, and it was all lovely with some decent veggie options. Excellent area as well. Will happily come back.

An excellent hotel.
My only issue was the coffee at breakfast wasn’t very good and there was a local man (not a guest) smoking in the breakfast area.
Good location. Very clean, rooms cleaned perfectly daily. Great rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Food was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Can’t fault it
The staff throughout the hotel were excellent! The roof top was beautiful. I liked the small touches which helped the feel of the hotel to be welcoming and cared for.
The breakfast was a little in need of development. Meals listed as vegetarian had bacon in them and lacked variety. The food covers were not sufficient to stop the birds taking their piece of banana bread or fruit or any food that wasn’t fully covered. The sweet, white bread on offer was a little underwhelming. The breakfast staff were excellent.

Very stylish and comfortable hotel in a street with several good cafés and restaurants, and more good ones nearby. Great rooftop pool and air-conditioned fitness room. Lovely staff. Would definitely stay again!
We ordered a couple of dishes via room service that were a bit disappointing.

Beds are a little hard compared to home but you can ask for an extra topping
Ruime kamer en badkamer. Prima ontbijt. Lekker zwembad op het dak. Mooi uitzicht over de skyline van Pnomh Penn.
De koffie bij het ontbijt kan beter. Zeker als het al even op het plaatje staat is het niet lekker meer.
I stayed at Penh House three nights. It is ideal for short stay and for solo travelers or couples (without kids or older kids). The facility of course seems way more appealing on photos but I didn't mind. The room I stayed in had a balcony facing the street. For me, the sound proofing was okay. But if you are too sensitive to noise (especially the street noise), it's not for you. I liked hearing the sound of the city and even the music from the pub next to the hotel.
Facility is clean enough, ACs worked fine and there was always hot water available in the shower.
The staff is friendly enough - not disinterested but not smothering either. They are helpful in terms of tips and information but I think they expect you to be the adult and sort out your own life when navigating through the city :) - which I actually respected a lot.
Breakfast is not their strength, for sure. But there is a fabulous cafe just next to the hotel, Backyard Cafe. They serve five star food and drinks. I highly recommend.
I ate dinner one time at hotel (roof top). It was fine and tasty. The rooftop is also very pleasant in the evenings.
I didn't try the pool. But it seemed to me more for ambience than swimming - which was also fine to me.
It really depends on what you expect from a hotel. As a female solo traveller, my main priorities were safe stay, location and cleanness. Penh House served just fine for what I needed during my stay in Phnom Penh. If you plan visit Phnom Penh for tourism and short-stay, I would highly recommend Penh House for its convenience.
The major feedback for improvement is: please put a lid or a cover on the food standing at breakfast buffet. Birds were nibbling the fruits, veggies and pastries.
La gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel, la chambre d'une propreté impeccable, la literie de qualité, le choix du petit déjeuner, la piscine sur le toit, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
C'est seulement mon avis, l'emplacement un peu éloigné de Riverside, mais il y a beaucoup de facilité à se déplacer avec Grab ou Pass app pour des prix raisonnables
