Everything in this hotel is bad. I have cancelled the property right after I see the condition. Yet they have not refund

Everything in this hotel is bad. I have cancelled the property right after I see the condition. Yet they have not refunded my money. The hotel and room extremely in a bad conditions. The toilet, room, bedsheets, looks really dirty. Did not clean properly. There is not basic toiletries as mentioned in the page. No towel. No none. There is a bottle by side of the curtains. Did not take much pictures as I feel disgusted and left the room.

I need the property to refund my money back. Booking.com should thoroughly check before have some property in their page.

Harap pihak hotel dpt tgok review negetif di Google maps..Dan dapt menambah baik kn servis dr segi kebersihan dan kelengkapan hotel.. Tengok hotel tak berbaloi langsung dgn harga.. Katil berhabuk, lantai tandas dan bilik air penuh dgn rambut.. Mcm tiada yg bersihkan.. Kelengkapan seperti sabun, seterika pun tiada di sediakan.. Harap dapat diperbaiki.. Mungkin first n Last saya ke sini😔

a place to rest for a while. can sleep and bath

Cons:

staff no so welcome, we've fill in our late check in as we come direct from work but still ask why late. we ask call many time when reach but no one answer.we saw uncle but very reluctant to open.room not as per picture advertised.noisy aircond, bathroom door broken, toiletries not much, facility not provided as per listed in booking.com.
