Receptionist improvvisato, che ci ha fatto attendere all arrivo. Pagamento imposto in contanti, senza alcuna ricevuta. Colazione inclusa, ma al bar non c'era nessuno che potesse farci almeno un caffè. Pessima accoglienza.

De jongens van de schoonmaak is het enige waar ik iets positiefs over heb te zeggen. Die zorgde voor schone kamers en handdoeken. Dit is ook echt het enigste positieve wat ik over dit hotel kan zeggen.

Cons:

Ze zijn zo gierig met het eten dat je soms scheve gezichten kreeg van andere gasten als je nog extra wou pakken. Elke dag hetzelfde ontbijt en weinig keuze. Het personeel is totaal niet vriendelijk. De kamers zijn oud. Douchen met een mini straal en vaak met koud water. Het stroom viel regelmatig uit. En wij kregen alleen ontbijt en het zwembad. Mensen die nu boeken krijgen all inclusief voor dezelfde prijs. Ronduit schandalige mafia praktijken.

Per il prezzo pagato, la camera è risultata comoda e di dimensioni adeguate, non minuscola come spesso capita. Ottima la posizione, molto comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Colazione a buffet varia e ben assortita, con una buona scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Nel complesso, un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cons:

Le zone comuni non sono particolarmente accoglienti e appaiono un po' spoglie, ma si percepisce la volontà della struttura di migliorare e rinnovarsi

Esperienza da non ripetere.
Pros:

Disponibilità di chef e co-chef.
Abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione ed il cibo era di buona qualità.
Buona parte del personale carino e disponibile.
Vicinanza alla spiaggia ed al centro.

Camera angusta e datata.
Letto non pulito.
Scarsa customer care: all'arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere 20 min prima di poter fare il check-in poichè non c'era nessuno alla reception. Ci hanno puntualizzato più volte che le bevande non erano incluse nella mezza pensione. Ci hanno trattenuto due volte la tassa di soggiorno. La prenotazione era per 3 persone (1 adulto e 2 bimbi) ma il tutto sembrava essere considerato solo per 2 (assenza di asciugamani per la terza persona, assenza del terzo letto, etc.).
In generale non ci siamo sentiti del tutto a nostro agio.
