Die Lage des Hotels war super und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Auch das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit. Interieur veraltet. Toilette war undicht und von der Decke rieselt die Farbe beim Duschen.

돈주고 호텔가서 불면증을 경험하고 싶다면 추천
Pros:

1층에 투썸있는데 아메리카노 1+1 쿠폰 줌. 다른 호텔 가면서 마시기 편했음.

Cons:

방 안에 욕조가 있는게 습기괸리 빡세겠다 싶었는데 커튼에 곰팡이 펴있음. 화장실은 타일이 군데군데 들떠있어서(특히 어매니티 거치 선반과 수전 부분) 툭 치면 소리남. 물도 계속 들어가는 부위인데 조만간 떨어질듯. 그리고 배관이 어떻게 된건진 몰라도 오래된 빌라 보일러 고장났을때 들리는 하이톤의 소음이 계속 나서 잠을 못잠. 새벽 1시 넘어갈때 소리 안나는걸로 봐서 타 객실에서 물 쓰면 나는 소리라고 추측. 비바람 치는 날씨에 너무 늦은 시간이니 그냥 잤지 진짜 최악이었음. 다시는 안감.

인피티니풀에 이동도 편한 가성비 숙소
Pros:

가성비 좋은 숙소로 인피티니풀까지 있어 좋은 시간 보낼 수 있었습니다. 주위 가게나 편의점도 가까이 있고 멀지 않은 곳에 유명 맛집들도 있어서 이동하기에도 충분히 좋았다고 생각됩니다.

Cons:

인피티니풀 유아 및 아동 이용 시간이 지켜줬으면 좋겠습니다. 인피티니풀 깊이가 유아 및 아동이 사용하기에는 깊어 주의할 수 있도록 안내하고 물속 찌든때가 떠다녀 보기 좋지 않았습니다.

Some staff interactions felt rude, the hotel is dated, good view but not so great experience.
Pros:

We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Jeju. This one is fairly average—not the best, but not the worst either. One clear positive is the ocean view right next to the hotel, which we really enjoyed. Housekeeping was done when requested, and the basics were handled well.
We also want to highlight one excellent staff member (unfortunately standing out among less pleasant interactions). He is an older gentleman with glasses, short hair, and speaks good English and Korean. We encountered him twice, once during our 3pm check-in and once in the evening when booking breakfast. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, and provided guidance in a very welcoming way when we requested for one. It was a pleasant experience, and we hope other staff members can learn from his professionalism.

Cons:

The hotel itself was fine and met our needs, but several staff interactions made the stay uncomfortable.
Before check-in, we arrived an hour early to leave our luggage (as instructed after booking). Although no other guests were waiting, staff ignored us briefly and immediately stated “check-in is at 3pm” in a dismissive tone before asking why we were there. While the issue was minor, the attitude felt unnecessarily condescending.
The most concerning experience happened at breakfast. My wife went down alone with our three-year-old. Although walk-in breakfast is allowed by providing the room number, the staff member questioned her in a rude manner and handled the table setting roughly when escorting her. This felt disrespectful and uncalled for.
At checkout, we reported this issue and asked twice for corporate contact information, but the request was ignored. An apology was offered, which we appreciated, but the lack of follow-up or transparency was disappointing.
Overall, the hotel itself was acceptable, but the repeated unfriendly staff interactions left a negative impression and could be handled much more professionally.
P.S.- they have roach spray in closet of the hotel... we didn't see any roaches, but closed our luggage for safety when we left the hotel room

조식은 샐러드나 양식위주 식단은 잘 나오는 편.
직원들 친절하고 숙소가 전체적으로 깨끗하고 공항에서 위치 가깝고 전체적으로 만족함. 그리고 오션뷰 좋고, 인티니티풀 이용 봇 한게 아쉬움
