Il n'y a pas de pate d'entifrice a dents, pas de rasoir pour un hotel équivalent 5 étoiles
buffet petit d'éjeuner très limité, peu de varietés internationales, pas de croissants, oeufs durs ...., toujours les memes plats

Отель подуставший, двери в туалет не закрываются.
Единственный отель который при продлении бронирования заставляет съехать из номера до 12 и где-то гулять до 14. Про раннее заселение они не слышали.

Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff

Overall, we found the hotel to be satisfactory, and the staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness.

We enjoyed the spa and the massage service, which we highly recommend. While it may be a bit more expensive than external services, we believe it offers excellent value due to its hygiene and professionalism.

Cons:

We had reserved a suite that was advertised with a sea view and balcony; however, we were provided with a partial sea view. A staff member was unable to provide a justification and subsequently offered a complimentary cancellation, despite our late arrival. We believe he was trying to be kind 🙄😀.

While the hotel staff consistently demonstrates exceptional friendliness and politeness, language barriers significantly impact communication with guests who have experienced extended travel, potentially leading to frustration or conflict due to misunderstandings. Therefore, we strongly recommend implementing professional development programs to address these communication challenges, as well as enhancing staff awareness regarding security protocols.

目の前のビーチクラブは夜中まで生演奏がうるさくて騒音。シャワーの水圧が低い。冷蔵庫が全く冷えない。ネットの繋がりが悪く、インターネットテレビはほぼ見れない。入り口ドアの建て付けが悪く開け閉めが大変。

Inget gällande hotellet, läget var bra.

Cons:

Allt, dåligt städat, frukosten var inte god. Trots att rökning var förbjuden, så röktes det i rummen bredvid.
Svämmade över i duschen. Inget utbud gällande TV. Fruktansvärt oljud från gatan.

Great location, well appointed suite, great views
Pros:

The location was great, the suite was lovely with balcony, living room/ kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate bath and bedroom.
The view from the 26th floor was fantastic and the pool on the floor above was very nice.
