1 trải nghiệm cực kì tệ ! Bản thân mình rất hiếm khi đánh giá 1 nơi nào đó tiêu cực như này nhưng thật sự trải nghiệm ở Comodo là 1 trải nghiệm hết sức tồi tệ . Mình đọc rất nhiều review trên mạng + những bài đánh giá vtrên web booking + agoda , thấy có rất nhiều người khen khách sạn này ( hoặc do bên khách sạn book seeding ), bản thân mình từ trước tới giờ chỉ chọn nghỉ ở những khách sạn 5 sao nên khi thấy những hình ảnh , video mà khách sạn chụp ảnh phòng nghỉ up lên + những đánh giá tích cực thì mình đã quyết định book phòng tại Comodo vì nhìn phòng trên mạng rất sạch đẹp . Nhưng khi đến nơi mình đã rất thất vọng ,
mình không hiểu tại sao 1 khách sạn như này lại thuộc top bán chạy trên agoda và được nhiều đánh giá tốt như vậy :
- Thứ nhất : Khách sạn tự phong cho mình là khách sạn 5 sao nhưng khi mình đến nơi , nhân viên không hề ra đón tiếp hay có động thái xách hành lý cho khách hàng, thái độ rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp và niềm nở
- Thứ 2 : mình đã book phòng trên agoda và booking rât nhiều lần , mọi lần ảnh trên mạng như nào thì ngoài đời cũng y chang , nhưng lần này thì lại khác : phòng bên Comodo up trên mạng thì mới tinh sáng sủa sạch đẹp , nhưng phòng mình nhận được thì là 1 cái phòng cũ , các góc tường đều nham nhở do lâu ngày chưa được tu sửa , trần nhà thì thấp tạo cảm giác bí bách,
phòng thì trông tối tăm , mọi đồ đạc trong phòng đều rất cũ , không hề tương xứng với cái danh 5 sao mà khách sạn tự phong
- Thứ 3 : Buffet sáng rất nghèo nàn , dường như các bạn tận dụng hết tất cả mọi thứ từ giò để nhét vào các món ăn sáng : burger kẹp giò , cơm cuộn kimbap kẹp giò , bánh mì kẹp giò ...????
- Thứ 4 : khách sạn 5 sao kiểu gì mà đến cái áo choàng cho các phòng nghỉ là thứ tối thiểu phải có trong phòng thì lại không có , nếu muốn có áo choàng thì phải gọi lễ tân để xin mượn vì chỉ có tầng 6 và tầng 10 mới có sẵn áo choàng trong phòng ??? Các bạn phân biệt các hạng phòng bằng cách như vậy ạ ? Rồi thậm chí đến chai dầu xả cũng không có ?

I am posting this review (with supporting photos attached) to warn future travelers: Comodo Nha Trang is advertised as a luxury 5-star hotel, but the reality is completely different. A massive disappointment.

Cleanliness & Hygiene: A Total Disaster
Upon entering our room, the state of the place was appalling:
- Dirty bedding: Visible stains on the bedsheets and a bed that wasn't even properly made.
- Bath linen: Towels were dirty with visible marks.
- Windows & mirrors: Fingerprints all over the mirrors, handprints and footprints on the bay windows, along with a layer of dust.
- Bathroom: Heavy limescale buildup on the shower glass and, even worse, mold.

Customer Service & Housekeeping: Unprofessional and Incompetent
When we reported these issues, the response was ridiculous: a housekeeper came to simply wipe down limescale and mold with a dry towel! Since when do mold and limescale come off without proper cleaning products? After we told him to use real chemicals, he came back with basic wipes that did absolutely nothing. To top it all off, we didn't receive a single apology from the staff.

To make matters worse, my parents' room smelled strongly of fish. Their only solution? They brought in a fragrance machine that sprayed a foul, sickening perfume to try and cover up the smell.

Breakfast Buffet: Very Disappointing
The breakfast buffet is nowhere near 5-star standard and lacks diversity. There is pork in almost every dish—what are vegetarians or people who don't eat pork supposed to eat? Furthermore, the buffet staff speaks very poor English, making it impossible to even ask about ingredients or dish composition.

Facilities & Amenities: Poorly Managed
Regarding beach and pool towels, none were available starting as early as 9:00 AM because the stock was already empty. If a hotel caters to a large number of guests, the bare minimum is to provide an adequate number of towels.

Conclusion
In short, this hotel gets a zero from me. Do not be fooled by its supposed 5-star rating; the service and hygiene are appalling. I strongly advise against staying here!

Do mình chỉ ở phòng view panorama nên mọi sự tiện nghi rộng rãi đều tuyệt vời so với một khách sạn 4 sao
Pros:

- Mình ở phòng có view panorama nên mọi thứ về trải nghiệm tầm nhìn và nghỉ dưỡng đều rất tuyệt vời !!! Và mình đã rất khó để có thể book được phòng này.
- Ks ở mặt đường trần phú nên cũng dễ dàng để qua tắm biển
- Có một bể với cỡ vừa trên sân thượng cũng rất ok
- Dịch vụ spa ở ks cũng rất tuyệt

Cons:

- Khách sạn không có nhân viên sảnh hỗ trợ khách xách vali nên cũng hơi bất tiện xíu

Pros:

Great location, good value. Good size room and mostly clean. Right across the road from the beach.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet could have been better. Coffee was lukewarm warm at best and eggs cold. Several other hot dishes also Luke warm.

Балкон чистый, в номере регулярно и качественно убирали. В целом всё очень понравилось и полностью устроило.
Особенно впечатлил вид на колесо обозрения Vinpearl. А бассейн на 27-м этаже — просто бесподобный! Очень чистый, красивый и с невероятным видом. Это одно из самых ярких впечатлений от отеля. ❤️
Отель однозначно рекомендую! В следующий раз обязательно приедем сюда снова. 🥰

Wir hatten als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen,
Pros:

Großes Zimmer mit schönem seitlichem Meerblick (Senior Suite) und einem wunderschönen Infinity-Pool.

Cons:

Am Wochenende war die Live-Musik aus dem Strandrestaurant etwas laut. Das liegt jedoch nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels.
