Accueil inacceptable. Réception 24h/24 annoncée mais accueil extrêmement désagréable, pressant et irrespectueux lors de notre arrivée de nuit avec enfants, malgré une heure d’arrivée communiquée à l’avance. Expérience stressante et inacceptable — sans les enfants, nous serions repartis immédiatement.
