Perfekt für Familien und viel Liebe zum Detail
Pros:

Super schönes, helles Appartement mit Küche, in dem wir uns als Familie direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Lage, nah an der City, schöner Poolbereich, für uns noch etwas zu kalt, aber super für den Sommer, kleiner Markt im Untergeschoss, sodass man einige Lebensmittel und das Nötigste kaufen kann. Viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist an alles gedacht.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena, cerca de todo. Muy limpio

Cons:

Desafortunadamente no hay una comunicación eficiente entre Booking y el alojamiento, a día de hoy me han cobrado la reserva dos veces (una Booking y la otra el alojamiento), el alojamiento responde que no se hace responsable y el servicio al cliente de Booking da poca respuesta.
Un problema innecesario generado por Booking o por el alojamiento, cualquiera de los dos, por lo cual pierde toda la calidad la experiencia. Una lastima porque podría haber sido excelente.

Pros:

Great location and yet with a pool a garden to relax in. Fairly priced convenience self service shop.

Cons:

Pool is not heated so it is quite cold to swim (visit mid July).

Pros:

The apartment, once we were there, was good, spacious.

Cons:

Tring to find the location was an hour ordeal. Staff at the desk said not speak portuguese, dd no know how to direct us to the place, no parking (and we were not told upfront), manager just sat in inside office while poorly prepared front office lady was struggling... that spoilt the stay.
Pool facilities closed at 9pm. IN Portugal, at 9pm its still sunny.
Only towels for two people, but we were three.
Booking.com had issues with payment. Did not charge our card, and again, confusion at front desk as to whether we, ad other guests had paid or not.

First lag of our trip
Pros:

Place was very nicely appointed. The common area had snacks and drinks and the pool looked nice. Front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t stay long and slept off jet lag for most of our time here but would definitely return.

Nice apartment, great location.

Cons:

Check in time of 4pm is unfortunately simply unacceptable.

Despite asking for earlier check in this wasn't available.

This was only thing that would make me reluctant to use again.
