Very good value for money due to the location. Simple and all that is needed for a cheap price.
Pros:

The location is outstanding for the money. The owner Armet was extremely helpful, wanting to please all the time. It is a little pokey on the entry and stairwell, but is everything you need. Narrow staircase if room upstairs, however, the room is comfortable with your own bath room. The family room down stairs is quite roomy. I would stay there again because of location and comfortable rooms. The value for money in the location is too good to worry about how glamourous the room is. The owner is so helpful, even running a chemist errand for me!

Cons:

Stairs wouldn't suit someone with walking issues, but the whole city isn't suitable for someone with walking issues.

Pros:

Мистер Ахмед отличный, заботливый хозяин. Расположение отеля - лучше нельзя представить, до основных достопримечательностей 5 минут пешком. Железная дорога под окнами номера нас не напрягала, поезда ходят очень редко. Вид из окна фантастический!

Estadia , péssima, não recomendo para ninguém

Café sofrível, não tem local para tomar o café da manhã, o café e servido no quarto.

Cons:

Não gostei de nada e jamais voltaria. BOOKING, pelo nome que tem deveria avaliar locais como esse que chama de hotel, visual péssimo, limpeza horrível, café horrível, tem que melhorar 1000% para receber título de hotel ou QQ coisa parecida .

The room did not match the description at all. It was advertised with a balcony and coffee-making facilities, but neither was provided. Most importantly, the bedding was damp, which is a major hygiene concern. I felt uncomfortable and disappointed with the overall cleanliness and accuracy of the listing

Pros:

Location is great. Steps from the Old City, Blue Mosque etc.
The host Ahmed is a kindest person, trying to accommodate as much is possible.
The breakfast is decent.

Cons:

The place is tiny.
The a/c is old and noisy, you have to decide between getting some sleep and staying cool.
The shower is moldy - the caulking, the grout etc. as the ventilation exhaust does not work.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, man kann zu Fuß alles gut erkunden
Das Gastgeber, Mr Ahmet ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar , er ist sehr bemüht das man sich wohlfühlt.
Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber

Pros:

Fuimos mi ama y yo. Nos encantó el trato de ahmed, es genial. Muy atento y amable.

Cons:

El alojamiento requiere un poco de renovación pero si vais para hacer un viaje en el que solo aprovecháis la habitación para descansar es genial

Amazing place to stay in downtown
Pros:

It is very cozy, the location is downtown where there are restaurants, groceries, and shopping area 10 mins walk away. The prices are really good. I like the breakfast, homemade with love! Very simple and traditional. The seaside is very close, where you can walk early morning with coffee or run! The owner is very decent and professional man. He helped me a lot with transportation arrangements!

Great if you dont have much money

Ahmed was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The place needs serious work. The toilet kept moving . There were exposed wires in a number of places. But having said that it was very cheap. It is in an excellent position .
