Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles. Mention spéciale à Soraya pour la qualité de son service et sa gentillesse.

Totalmente recomendable
Pros:

Alojamiento increíble, bien ubicado, limpio y muy cómodo. Todo el personal muy atento, tanto los chicos de recepción que nos dieron recomendaciones muy útiles como Soraya durante los desayunos, siempre pendientes de todo y muy educados.

Excellent du petit déjeuner fait maison et adapté aux allergies jusqu’au couchage de qualité.
Pros:

Particulièrement l’accueil extrêmement chaleureux
De toute l’équipe aux petits soins, soraia, Carla et Liliana forment avec Tiago un super quatuor ! Nous ne savons pas quand nous reviendrons à Porto mais quand nous repasserons par là,ce sera assurément dans cet hôtel. 👍👍👍

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Porto
l'accueil et la présentation de la ville ont été exceptionnels . La chambre était trés agréable et d'un excellent standard (literie , isolation , espace...). Rien ne manquait dans la salle de bain . Le petit déjeuner était succulent et complet.
Merci à toute l'équipe (accueil , service déjeuner et entretien de chambre) pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité

Pros:

Location exceptional for tourists. Staff super friendly and helpfull. Breakfast good and satisfactory. Clean premises, comfy bed and pillows. All as advertised.

Cons:

Hard to find the small entrance to the hotel. Our room was on the top floor and climbing the 4 stories every time was not pleasant, although the stairs were beautifully designed and decorated. The airflow of the AC could not be diverted away from the bed.

O quarto é ótimo, muito confortável!!

Cons:

As escadas .. mas os funcionários ajudam muito pra minimizar esse inconveniente, como manuseio de malas, etc.

Ha sido increíble
Pros:

El trato personal de Anna, Thiago y Soraya. Te hacen pensar que no estás en un hotel, te tratan como si te conocieran de toda la vida, la verdad que para los que piense en visitar Porto y aún tenga dudas de donde alojarse no lo piensen este es su hotel.

Magnífica ubicación. Hotel con mucho encanto
Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza, recepción y cálida bienvenida.
Muy cerca del ayuntamiento y de las letras de PORTO. Enfrente hay un mercado que vale la pena visitar.
Ana, la chica de recepción es majísima y super profesional.

Cons:

En Booking consta que tiene 3 estrellas, en la puerta pone sólo una.

Excellent hôtel et emplacement central idéal pour visiter Porto à pied !
Pros:

L'accueil trop sympa avec un verre de Porto et une part de gâteau ! les explications avec une carte pour profiter à fond de Porto ! Tout le personnel aussi gentil et serviable les uns que les autres ! Soraya au petit déjeuner et tous les autres à l'accueil ! L'emplacement idéal dans le centre pour quasiment tout faire à pied ! Petit déjeuner sucré et salé.

Cons:

Malheureusement une grosse fête juste à côté avec la musique à fond le samedi soir mais mais indépendant de l'hôtel !
Un miroir grossissant serait bienvenu pour les femmes qui se maquille.
Les quiches froides seraient meilleures si on pouvait les réchauffer (micro-ondes à ajouter)
