Pros:

Posizione centrale, buona accoglienza e un bicchiere di porto. Colazione abbondante e ottima.

Cons:

La stanza era al terzo piano e senza ascensore. Non si poteva aprire la finestra perché dava sul cortile interno con odori di cucina tutto il giorno.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Vom Rezeptionisten haben wir viele tolle Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Ausflügen und Restaurants bekommen.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage des Hotels.

CONFORT E GENTILEZZA IN UNA ROMANTICA STRUTTURA
Pros:

Ottima Colazione servita da gentilissime signore ( Carla, Liliana e Soraya)
Posizione eccellente direttamente in centro
La struttura è al primo piano all'interno di una costruzione antica dotata di comode scale con gradini in legno massello; andrebbe rivista l'altezza della protezione ( in Italia fuori Norma )
Non esiste Ascensore ma in compenso l'Hotel è dotato di Montacarichi (LIFT) che consente di portare ai piani assegnati i bagagli comodamente
Ci si può rilassare in un comodo Soggiorno arredato con gusto
Abbiamo avuto una camera bellissima con panorama sul caratteristico Mercato di Porto
Doccia in Bagno spaziosa e altamente funzionale
L'addetto alla Reception, Cesar , ci ha accolto piacevolmente offrendoci anche un bicchiere di Porto

Cons:

Non mi aspettavo un Hotel al primo piano
E' difficile fermarsi fuori con la macchina ; occorre parcheggiare più avanti
Alle 8.30 abbiamo fatto colazione e alle 9.30 non abbiamo trovato nessuno in Reception per il check out

Le décoration, l’emplacement, la propreté.

Cons:

Il n’y pas d’ascenseur, le petit déjeuner est très bon, on y trouve des produits frais et fait maison mais le choix reste succinct.

Todo estaba muy bien en general, la habitación, cómoda y bonita, las vistas, la ubicación para moverte por el centro. El desayuno preparado por Soraia y Liliana muy rico. Disfrutamos mucho de Oporto.

A stylish gem with unmatched warmth and location, best enjoyed traveling light!
Pros:

We absolutely loved the outstanding staff, who felt more like genuine friends than hotel employees. They helped us map out our daily plans, hosted a unique Port wine tasting, and were incredibly caring when our eight-year-old daughter fell ill during an intense European heatwave. The thoughtful room surprises made us feel so welcomed. The delicious, made-to-order breakfast was the hit of our entire Portugal trip, the homemade jam was incredible, and having custom-made eggs and coffee meant nothing went to waste. My parents actually produce their own olive oil and are extremely picky, but they were thoroughly impressed by the hotel's own produced olive oil! The hotel’s artistic design and comfortable beds were a joy to return to, and the location could not be better; it is walking distance to everything, with both a pharmacy and a supermarket right next door. Plus, having a luggage elevator to haul our bags to the room once we made it to the lobby was a huge help.

Cons:

We truly loved everything about our stay, so these notes are not complaints at all, but rather helpful tips worth mentioning for future travelers to plan smoothly! As clearly stated in the hotel description, the setup can be challenging if you have limited mobility or heavy luggage. Arrival by Uber or Bolt is tricky because the hotel is on a narrow, one-way, single-lane street where cars cannot easily stop. If arriving by Metro, the station is very close and an easy walk, though Porto’s cobblestone streets still make rolling multiple heavy bags a workout, we definitely recommend traveling light! Once at the hotel, entrance is via a small street door leading up a narrow staircase to the lobby, and there is no passenger elevator in the building. Lastly, despite keeping our windows closed during our early July stay, we noticed a few mosquitoes in our room, a minor detail we forgot to mention to the staff at the time, and something that certainly didn't take away from an otherwise wonderful stay.

In pieno centro, la persona che ci accoglie è stata gentilissima, ci ha indicato un parcheggio e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per girare in città. Ottima colazione stanza ampia

Cons:

Dopo l'accoglienza non abbiamo più visto nessuno alla reception per due giorni
C'era un numero di telefono ma non è sempre facile telefonare all'estero. Ci aveva anche detto che ci faceva avere uno sconto per il parcheggio ma non l'abbiamo più visto. Nonostante questo la struttura è comoda per girare. Attenzione perché è tutta una scala senza ascensore, se si hanno problemi di mobilità non va bene
