Très bon emplacement. Personnel bienveillant.

L'accueil était parfait, personnel très aimable et à l'écoute des besoins des voyageurs.

L'accueil, le personnel, la propreté, la gentillesse, les petites attentions (petit verre et petit gateau d accueil) l'emplacement (proximité du centre hystorique)

O quarto é uma delícia! Super aconchegante, espaçoso e tudo bem limpo. Quando chegamos havia um rádio ligado tocando fados e as luzes acesas, já aguardando a nossa chegada. O atendimento foi maravilhoso, todos super gentis. A localização perfeita!!!

Très bon accueil tant du monsieur à la réception (qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer ce qu'il y avait à voir à Porto) que de Soraia et Liliana lorsque qu'il n'est pas là. Petit déjeuner complet et si vous voulez des œufs, il n'y a qu'à demander.

La ubicación es LA MEJOR !!! Espectacular, de verdad el lugar es chulisimo, las habitaciones grandes y comodas; el personal es atento y amable, Soraya es un amor, el desayuno es rico !

Todos los años nos juntamos tres amigas para disfrutar de un viaje y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. El hotel destacar la amabilidad y el buen hacer del personal . Nos hicieron el viaje aún más fácil y mejor . Sin duda para recomendar y repetir el hotel . Limpio, camas cómodas amabilidad, nos sorprendió que atendieran nuestra petición de tres camas en vez de la doble y la supletoria que había. Localización mejor imposible. Nos sentimos como en casa , mil gracias a Julio César por la acogida, a Pedro , a Soraia por su quiche ( que disfrutes en Benidorm)a Carla y Liliana. Magnífico Hotell

L’emplacement est idéal, en face du marché en plein coeur du Porto historique. Tous les points d’intérêts principaux sont accessibles à pied.
L’établissement et les chambres sont très propres et très calmes, ce qui est tres appréciable.
Le personnel dans sa globalité est très gentil, toujours souriant et vraiment au service de ses clients.
Certes, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres, mais ce n’est pas un problème. Nos bagages ont été montés dans nos chambres.
Si je devais retourner à Porto, je logerai à nouveau B the Guest. Tout était vraiment parfait ! Merci à tous, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Right in the city center, very kind staff, nice breakfast.

Arrived late and was greeted by Cesar with a glass of port and a slice of cake. Setting is immaculate, located right opposite the Bolhao market, and right by the metro. Room was beatiful, spotless, with a balcony over looking the street. Breakfast was a buffet, with a great range of fresh bread and fruit, etc. The friendly serving staff came to my table and offered to make me eggs. Upon leaving, I left my AirPods charging in the room. A quick call and Cesar has arranged to have them delivered to me in England. Just excellent all round. WOuldn;t hesitate to recommend B the Guest.

De ontvangst door Anna-Luisa was gewoon fantastisch, in de salon met een porto en cake kregen we veel uitleg over de stad en de bezienswaardigheden. Cesar heeft ons veel plezier gedaan met goed restaurantadvies en elke morgen werden we verwend door Soraia met een lekker ontbijt. De locatie is uitstekend en de kamer heel groot. Je moet wel weten dat je een beetje stadsgeluiden hoort, maar dat hoort er gewoon bij in zo'n bruisende stad.

L'emplacement et l'atmosphère de ce petit hôtel en plein centre. L'accueil et le service très bien.

It had a great location. Across from the market and easy to get around. More important the staff Cesar and Soraia were extremely helpful warm and kind.
They make you feel welcome and calm. They only want to make your stay easy and pleasant. The place itself is really funky fun. Love the whole set up. Breakfast was great as well!
