Very Clean and comfortable

I love Tru..aesthetically pleasing…i love the free pool table..locations are usually great!

Cons:

I forgot to get pics but the sink was clogged and couldnt be used…also most of the lights in the room didnt work

I did not like being wrongfully Accused by staff that I smoked in my room and charged for it I am a smoker however I always step out to do so when I attempted to address this with the staff member they were very unprofessional management wouldn't address this issue considering my history here on booking it can be reviewed and I have never had an issue like this in the past I believe it is individual to this property and I will not be returning
