Great option in BR
Pros:

Excellent and safe location. I’ve heard this is one of the cleanest hotels in BR. Small room, but fair for the price. Spotless, no carpet which is the best. Beds were on the firmer side, pillows were very nice.

Cons:

Housekeeping came to knock on the door at 9:30am which I found very odd, since they don’t have a checkout until 12pm.

Bad management at Tru from Hilton
Pros:

The room was nice!

Cons:

The manager harassed me about my service dog. Ask all kinds of questions why I need the dog and what my service dog is doing for me. Then she accused my dog of barking and it was the dog next door. Which, was acknowledged by someone else from the staff. She never asked me if I am a valuable member of Hilton.
I almost left the hotel because she kept on harassing me.

The girl at the front desk canceled my reservation. Claimed she dialed the wrong number when trying to call me
I had to pay at the property and wouldn't refund the original reservation because I used BOOKING COM

Pros:

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Beim Check in hatte „Mrs. T“ Schicht. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war sauber. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel sofort wieder aufsuchen.

Cons:

Überhaupt nichts hat mir nicht gefallen. Wenn man etwas kritisieren will, dann den Highway der direkt am Hotel vorbei läuft - aber: Hier legt das Hotel kostenlos OroPax auf die Zimmer - grossartiger Service
