Pros:

My experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing due to multiple issues during my stay.

First, several members of the staff were quite rude, including a front desk employee named Luciano. The attitude and lack of professionalism were noticeable and made interactions uncomfortable.

Second, something as simple as requesting a steamer for clothes became unnecessarily difficult. The hotel does not provide irons, and the steamer they offer can only be used for one hour. When I asked about this limitation, one employee even commented that one hour was “more than enough time,” which came across as dismissive rather than helpful.

Third, and more concerning, a bellhop entered our room while I was sleeping. When I confronted him, he said he had received a call claiming there was an emergency in my room. I immediately went down to the front desk to speak with a manager about the situation, but I was told there was no manager available. This raised serious concerns about guest privacy and security.

Finally, during checkout, the hotel attempted to charge me for parking despite the fact that I never had a vehicle during my stay—we used taxis the entire trip.

Overall, the combination of rude service, poor handling of guest requests, a serious privacy issue, and incorrect charges made this a very frustrating experience, this taking into account this is not a cheap hotel.

It was a decent day. I would go back, but they need to ensure that all the rooms are equally conditioned.

Pros:

Localização é boa, bem perto da estação Termini, café da manhã muito farto, quarto amplo, muito confortável e a limpeza impecável.
Como chegamos antes do horário do check in, ficaram com nossa bagagem e também no check-out, até a hora de pegarmos o trem. Foi tudo perfeito. Recomendo com certeza.
