Evo samo par stvari koje smo primjetili.....prozori su bili prljavi, užasno prljavi, kao da nisu oprani bar godinu dana, na svakom kutku, di god smo došli je nešto oštećeno. Zavjese i držač za zavjese, držač tuša na bazenu, ležaljke očajne..... Mislim da ne vrijedi toliko novaca. Očekivali su kvalitetu zbog imena, ali smo iskreno razočarani. Od 1-5, maksimalna ocijena 3

Хотелът е чист и поддържан. Персоналът е любезен. Спа зоната е много приятна и удобна, добре организирана и поддържана - има голямо джакузи, басейн с равна дълбочина, сауна и парна баня.

Cons:

При резервацията ми бе предложен апартамент за 2 възрастни и 2 деца, състоящ се от спалня с дневна. Едното легло бе разтегателен диван в дневната част с доста неудобни пружини. Освен това банята и тоалетната бяха към спалнята, което затруднява достъпа до нея от дневната част.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and overall I am very satisfied with my experience. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location, which is very convenient. The parking facilities are also a great benefit, especially for guests traveling by car. The beds are very comfortable, which makes every stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Cons:

However, during this visit I was disappointed with the restaurant service and lobby. The staff in the restaurant were not as attentive and welcoming as expected. The quality of the food also did not meet the usual standards. Additionally, the tables at breakfast were not as clean as they should have been.
Despite these issues, I still appreciate the hotel’s comfort and location, and I hope the restaurant service will improve in the future.
