Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and overall I am very satisfied with my experience. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location, which is very convenient. The parking facilities are also a great benefit, especially for guests traveling by car. The beds are very comfortable, which makes every stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Cons:

However, during this visit I was disappointed with the restaurant service and lobby. The staff in the restaurant were not as attentive and welcoming as expected. The quality of the food also did not meet the usual standards. Additionally, the tables at breakfast were not as clean as they should have been.
Despite these issues, I still appreciate the hotel’s comfort and location, and I hope the restaurant service will improve in the future.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello, con ambienti molto spaziosi e ben arredati. Ottima la colazione, specialmente se piace farla salata e non dolce.
Bella e curata la Spa, peccato l’accesso anche ai bambini che non consentono di vivere in pieno relax il momento.
Ristorante molto molto buono così come il lounge bar , personale super gentile e disponibile .

Cons:

Poca cura nel dettaglio, per essere un hotel a 5 stelle ci dovrebbe essere più attenzione nei particolari. La tenda , ad esempio, della nostra camera era rotta sul finire e la mattina entrava la luce.
La camera è carina ma niente di entusiasmante .
