Virkelig ærgerligt værelse, med tanke på det var en junior suite.
Pros:

Fint hotel. Men værelset var under alt kritik.
Sengen til mine børn var ikke gjort klar, der var glas der var drukket af med vand i.
Fjenderne i sengen kunne mærkes tydligt i mine børns seng - de forsøgte komme en madras på, men det var ikke tilstrækkeligt. Mørklægningen var i stykker og der var spot lys lige ude foran.
Derudover virkede køleskabet / minibaren.
Efterfølgende er hotellet kontaktet men de ignorerer vores beskeder.

Excellent stay with a fantastic spa and breakfast
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. The hotel is modern, stylish and exceptionally clean, with a very welcoming atmosphere. My room was comfortable, well-designed and functional, with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful, spacious bathroom.
The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. It was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options, beautifully presented and offering something for every taste. Everything was fresh, delicious and of very good quality.
What really stood out for me, though, was the spa. It was absolutely lovely, modern, spotless and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The attention to cleanliness and the overall atmosphere made the spa one of the highlights of my stay.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. A modern, clean and comfortable hotel, with an excellent breakfast and a fantastic spa. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels hat mir gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider gab es einiges, das mir nicht gefallen hat. Die Unterkunft wirkte unsauber, und die Handtücher rochen unangenehm nach Feuchtigkeit, als wären sie nicht richtig gewaschen worden. Im Spa-Bereich war so viel Chlor im Wasser, dass mir die Augen brannten. Die Decke über dem Pool hatte keinen Sternenhimmel, wie man es erwarten würde, sondern war abgeblättert besonders über dem Whirlpool mit dem warmen Wasser.
Am ärgerlichsten war jedoch Folgendes: Ich habe drei Tage vor meiner Ankunft angefragt, ob es freie Termine für eine Massage gibt, um einen Termin zu buchen und habe darauf weder per E-Mail noch über Instagram eine Antwort erhalten. Als ich die Mitarbeiterin im Spa (auf Englisch, da die beiden Damen aus Asien kein Mazedonisch verstanden) fragte, warum ich keine Antwort bekommen habe, sagte sie mir, die E-Mail sei auf Mazedonisch gewesen und sie hätte deshalb nicht antworten können. Ich finde das unprofessionell, denn es gibt schliesslich Google Translate – und wir befinden uns in Mazedonien.
