Pros:

Расположение и вид - выше всяких похвал! Высочайший уровень сервиса. Прекрасный СПА. Отдельной респект сотруднице Guest Relations Лизе. Очень помогла организовать наш с супругой отдых в отеле.

Cons:

Столы и стулья на завтраке и в ресторанах (не очень удобные). Уровень и набор блюд немного не дотягивают до уровня отеля. Но тут важно отметить, что если бы это были просто рестораны в условном Hilton или Novotel, то я бы поставил 5 из 5. А здесь, все-таки, ожидаешь большего от мишленовских ресторанов.

Прекрасный вид, пожалуй лучший в Шанхае. Внимание отеля к деталям. Удобно организованный трансфер. Отдельное большое спасибо Елизавете!

Cons:

Отсутствие шведского стола на завтраке, хотя сами завтраки вкусные. Долгое ожидание завтраков… Консьерж отеля предложил встречу и индивидуальное сопровождение в аэропорту, хотя аэропорт вообще не загруженный (в этой услуге не было никакой необходимости).

The building is beautiful.

Cons:

It does not match with the other Bulgari Horels standards definitely: the towels in the bathroom have the worst quality and they don’t dry the body at all!! The breakfast has very little choice, the service takes a longtime and the communication in English is a challenge… unfortunately this happens all over the city also.
The amenities for children at the other Bulgari hotels are remarkable and at this one there was only toilet amenities.
The jacuzzi swimming pool is so hot that is difficult to stay more than 2 minutes inside.

寶格麗酒店真的是高檔飯店，真的像你回到家的感覺親切
