Wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

The pricing is ok for what is is

Cons:

Room wasn’t stocked, not all amenities that were advertised were provided, bathroom door was a sliding door that wouldn’t properly close or latch, and the thermostat was not working leaving us to use the large loud fan that didn’t work well and kept us up at night.

Horrible Experience
Pros:

Location is great, and the room is very spacious and clean.

Cons:

I had a horrible experience that hotel charged me double fee.
Specifically, I got sick 2 days before hotel check-in, and I sent the request to change the check-in date, which is a 1-day delay check-in. However, there is no response from the hotel, and thus, I called BOOKING for assistance. The BOOKING contacted the hotel to finalize my request that my check-in date had been changed to the next day (Booking also sent me the confirmation of the change).
However, the hotel still charged me the money from my credit card for another date - I actually only stayed for 1 night, but the hotel charged me 2 nights.
For this issue, I was so frustrated as it took me lots of time to solve this problem by talking with BOOKING.
Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer any solution and gave no responses, and I felt so disappointed as I could not imagine how such a big hotel had a miscommunication and charged me double amount but could not offer any solution.

Pros:

Always clean and tidy.

Cons:

Our toilet broke late at night and instead of just moving us so we could get right to sleep we had to: call for repair, wait, go to the desk for help, wait, then over an hour later at 945 pm the repair man was found and came to fix it.

Got charged for the room by booking.com and charged again by the establishment in addition to a $100 deposit on the room.

Would stay again and will look for this brand when I travel elsewhere.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Suite was sweet. Would be a great place to stay for a long term.

Cons:

They offered a "digital" key. Told the wife not to bother so she decided to spend twice as much time as it would have taken to just check in at the desk. And after all that, IT DIDN"T WORK! Had to go check in at the desk. Inconvenient but definitely won't do that again. Plane noise wasn't too bad, goes with the territory but might really annoy someone else.

The breakfast was really good at this hotel. The staff was really nice. The check-in was fast. The parking and the comfortable bed.

Cons:

The thing that I don’t like about this hotel was that it wasn’t that clean on the countertop. There was hair from somebody else. The bathroom sink was dirty The tub was not that clean properly .The hotel itself looks very old inside.

I would avoid this location of Home 2 Suites unless you are desperate for a place to stay
Pros:

Location was helpful as it was close to the airport and they provided a shuttle.

Cons:

SMELL!!! The room smelled like a wet dog was smoking cigarettes just before we arrived. The sheets also had a terrible smell to them. If our flight wasn't delayed, and we got in at a decent time, I would have requested a new room.
