Staying here isn't about a holiday; it's about needing a decent place to sleep.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast at all these type places tend to be the same...acceptable but not especially healthy. The location suited our needs to visit family in aged care nearby. Otherwise, I wouldn't choose this neighborhood. Lots of shopping but nothing interesting nearby. Our room had a curtain that could separate the "living area" which was great when my brother had to spend one night with us. The room had good places to put a suitcase and spread out.

Cons:

The price seems high for the level of quality. It was a holiday weekend so they probably bumped up the price.
The pictures online make it look newer than it really is. It lacked a fresh feel and appearance.

If you don’t look close at how rhe clean the room could have been you probably would

Cons:

Room was dirty. Looked like feces on the wall. Hopefully it was just chocolate. The bedding was gross. I feel like the blanket was suppose to be a mattress protector. Plus the comforter was just gross.

Great area (close to PWM), large rooms, great breakfast, and a fast shuttle!

Amazing location
Pros:

It was super close to the subway, which helped with transportation to Boston and Salem. You could also walk to the beach.

Cons:

It seemed understaffed. Long lines and waits for breakfast.

The breakfast exceeded expectations, the room was a good temperature and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom, specifically the shower was off putting due to brown water stains and mold in the ceiling light. One of the lamps in the room was missing a light bulb as well.

Location,everything is close by.

Cons:

For the price I paid for 2 night 863,those bedsheets,pillows cases were not ironed,with wrinkles.those pillows,mattress are not good. They need new ones,waking up in the morning all my body hurts. Level up, innovate.

Cons:

Le personnel est limité agréable. Il y a des machines à laver et séchoir mais ils demandent usd 5.- pour chacun. C’est beaucoup trop cher car nous avons payé dans la même chaîne usd 0.75 pour le séchoir et la machine fragile. Le petit déjeuner est juste correct ( pas de fruits). Et normalement il y a du café et de l’eau chaude toute la journée à disposition. Mais pour l’eau chaude il faut la prendre dans une machine au fitness ( machine peu engageante), alors que pour le petit déjeuner il y a un Thermos comme pour le café. Est-ce vraiment difficile de le laisser toute la journée ? Hôtel bien trop cher pour les prestations

This was a convenient airport-adjacent hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location 5 minutes from Portland airport

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned on the second day of our 3-night stay. I complained and was told the rooms are serviced every 3 days. I was not pleased. For $300 a night I want fresh towels and the bathroom cleaned daily. Also the “breakfast” was minimal, nothing fresh.
