atendeu minha demanda por localização.

A localização era boa pois ia trabalhar na UEMG. Ao redor do hotel há bons restaurantes.

Cons:

o quarto muito pequeno e a cama era literalmente embaixo da janela que dá para rua. A cortina ficava em cima da cama. Para dormir, tive que dobrar a cortina para não me incomodar.

O quarto embora limpo, tinha infiltração e cheiro de mofo. Mesmo sendo ofertado novas possibilidade, estavam nas mesmas condições e/ou a posição de televisão e/ou chuveiro, não ofereciam conforto.
