Pros:

Café da Manhã é muito bom... Quartos são confortáveis e limpos... roupa de cama e toalhas impecáveis em termos de limpeza. Pessoal do hotel é muito cordial e solicito.

Cons:

No quarto, a cortina fica muito próxima a cama e isso incomoda bastante na hora de dormir - descansar. Ainda sobre os quartos, poderia ser colocados batentes nas portas para evitar barulho ao fechar as portas - isso incomodou bastante nos dois dias, principalmente entre às 6h e 8h). O café da manhã deixa a desejar apenas no fator reposição (vários itens não foram repostos - exemplo: ovos mexidos, salsicha-molho etc. e outros demoraram a ser repostos -> exemplo: café).

Quarto minúsculo, atendimento ruim e falta de elevador.
Pros:

Quase nada.

Cons:

Sofro de cardiopatias e o hotel não tinha elevador e nem obtive ajuda para subir as malas. O atendente foi sarcástico e disse que como eu escolhi o 1º andar, subir as escadas com as malas era a única opção.
