Pros:

訂房時有四張床，但實際只有三張，屋主說加墊子就可以了，退房時又聯絡不到屋主，押金差點拿不回來，絕對不推薦！

Pros:

到着しても、レセプションかない。アプリから電話すると、担当らしき人がやってきて、部屋に案内された。よく考えるとここは民泊。言葉に不安がある人は避けた方がいいです。支払いは、予約の時にはクレジットカードが使えるとのことだったのに、現金のみでした。翌日でよいというので、必死にATMを探しました。
いちばんこまったのは、周辺が自動車専用道路ばかりで、徒歩ではどこにも行けません。必ずGrabなどのアプリを入れておかないと、とても悲惨なことになるかもしれません。レセプションがないのでタクシーを呼んでもらえないんです。ゲートの警備の人が好意で助けてくれました。
施設は、まず部屋の水道はよく閉まらないので、お金を払うときに申告したのですが、修理もなく、自分で工夫して紐で固定してました。コンビニがありますが、スナック中心です。レストランは、とても貧弱なカフェだけです。ハウスキーピングもありません。
最後に、施設のマニュアルや、チェックアウトなどのインストラクションが全くありません。チェックアウトの前の日に、電話でアポをとったのに、その時間に現れず、結局鍵を部屋に置いてでることになりました。Hotels.comのご担当にも手伝っていただいて確認とりましたが、ちょっと大変な滞在でした。

Pros:

for a studio the place quite spacious and quite easy to travel close to anywhere in sentral KL

the cleanliness was much to be desired. there were bugs and cockroaches, and a leaking tap. fridge was not too clean too, as the ironing board.

the place really needs to have a thorough clean up before accepting other guests, and make the 60RM additional cleaning fee worth it.

there was a 200 RM cash deposit so please bring sufficient cash before staying in the property. the instructions for it wasn't mentioned earlier.

Difficult to find host
Pros:

Cannot find the host when I want to inform what time I check in. I call to hotel.com support two time only can find the owner. And the location is quite difficult to go and not convenient without car.
