I would tell all of my friends about the true hotel #1 🛍️
Pros:

I like everything about the true hotel. Love to stay there again. That's my number one place me and my wife our grandson had a ball. He loved the water park

Pros:

The location was perfect, right across from The Island parking lot and next to all the new stuff on the back strip.

Cons:

They were sold out the night before, I was told, and it felt like they might have rushed through some things. Body wash in the shower was completely empty, there was something on the shower wall. There was a mini fridge in the room but when we went to use it, it wasn't plugged in so not cold and we ended up not being able to store our food. By the time it was cold, too late.

The switch
Pros:

We were staying in a different hotel for 4 days. It cost $100 more a night and our experience caused us to leave and stay with you guys. We will no longer be members of that other hotel. Thank you for the hospitality! Family fun oriented, quietly off the strip but right in the heart of everything.

Cons:

The room could've been bigger but overall a great experience.

It was ok.
Pros:

I liked how clean it was, indoor pool.

Cons:

The staff was not cordial at all. It seemed like I was always bothering them if I had a question or even checking in. The initial guy on Sunday was rude. I would think a place would want people at the front desk to be nice and friendly.
I didn’t like there was no closet in the room or dresser.

Get some softer mattresses
Pros:

The hotel itself is very nice and cleaning looking the beds are super hard I stayed awake all night long the bathroom was ok but mold around the toilet seat hinges and black mold I was very aggravated …with that but other than the bed and toilet seat hinges the rest was nice

New hotel but ok rooms and poor service
Pros:

First room had an offensive smell and front desk associate was resistant to help, but eventually did and it was much better. Overall rooms were fine but pillows were very thin, as were blankets. Functional room but not comfortable. Was chaotic during breakfast hours.
