Better attention to housekeeping and room maintenance would make a significant difference.
Pros:

The location of the property was very convenient.

Cons:

The pillows and bedding felt very cheap and uncomfortable. The room was poorly lit, making it feel dark and uninviting, and it did not appear to be very clean. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations for comfort or cleanliness.

Ok but will probably not be staying again.

Room was clean and comfortable,

Cons:

The room was smaller than I expected. There was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in the lobby during "off" hours was either nonexistent or cold and unsatisfactory. The staff was not always friendly and responsive.

Also, I booked online and it only allowed me to book one night. When I asked the staff if they could extend for another night at the same rate, they said no I would have to book another night online. This resulted in costing about $15.00 more than the first night.

Regret that you have an employee who made a scene with me over an accident. Very rude
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful and the pool was clean and great!

Cons:

We had a confrontation with an employee behind the desk. He was young and rude. The other employee was very kind and apologized for the rude behavior of the co-worker, but he was very rude in front of my husband and children so my husband does not want to come back.
