Pleasant stay on the last day of the trip to Utah.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and location is quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our first room was having some smells and they gave us a new room immediately.

Cons:

The first room we got was not cleaned properly and smelled of food.

Good place to stay for access to Zion with lower prices than Springdale and quiet.
Pros:

it was a great place to stay outside of Springdale for going to Zion and easy access to Kolob Terrace road. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were really nice.

Cons:

The night we arrived we had a 20 minute warning the power was going off for the entire night and we couldn't charge our phones, watches, camera batteries, or see anything. The front desk staff offered us points or cancelation at nearly 11pm which made no sense since they said the whole area was without power. It seemed other guests had no idea the power was going out that night.

Overall the experience was good.
Pros:

It is close to Zion and provides a comfortable environment.

Cons:

Overall the experience was good but the staff at the desk came across slightly discriminating towards a specific nationality. The room that I stayed in also could use a new mattress, the mattress sunk in.

Nice hotel and location

Cons:

There were no outlets near bed. Need phone charger near bed and both of us use c-pap machines which require electric. Not good!!!!

Great stay with good location
Pros:

Stayed here while visiting Zion and the location was perfect only being a 10 minute drive to the park. The hotel was very clean, and great outdoor pool/hot tub.
