Loved this place
Pros:

We were super pleased with this hotel. I was unsure of where to chose for visiting Zion National Park. It can be quite expensive around there. So we settled on this hotel based on location, amenities and reviews. We were very happy with our choice. The room was great, although the only complaint is only a little chair for sitting but this isn't a huge deal as we were not in the room much. The breakfast was great, even when busy it is still better than most others and I loved the three waffle making stations, as these can be busy spots. It started at 0600 and the breakfast lady was efficient although not the friendliest. The pool was large and warm, same as hot tub which is hard to find in hotels lately. I would 100% come back to this hotel. We couldn't have been happier.

Would have been pleasant but the kitchen witch ruined our mornings.

Location is centrally located between Zion & the commercial district. Property is kept clean & orderly.

Cons:

The old lady worker at the kitchen is very rude & disrespectful to guests. She is not a people person & needs to learn manners. I thought it was just me but after having interacted with the other guests during breakfast, we all shared the same experience with her. If you tell her that there was no coffee left or you need something else, she gets very pissy & tells you that she’s doing her best & she doesn’t have anyone to help her. I would have understood her situation had she said it politely…. but NO!!! She needed to bitch about it & then talk to you condescendingly as if you owe her something. I always say, if you’re not happy with your job, then go effin quit!! The other guests I talked to said the same thing. What a pathetic individual.

It was a nice stay but a little bit short of our expectations.

Location is very good. Parking was easy. Plenty of room in the breakfast area.

Cons:

The mirror in the bathroom is very dirty by the bottom rim of the round mirror. Room needed two chairs and only one available. I was there for three days and the thirty day’s breakfast was half gone without replenishments. Only one hot item was available out of three. tables were not clean because only one worker was there. can’t get any hot water after breakfast time. I would like to have a second chance with it the next time because we liked Fairfield hotels.

Overall love the place the swimming pool was nice and has great views
Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the location was 20 minutes from Zion.

Cons:

No good restaurants nearby. Had to drive about 15 minutes away

Clean, Convenient, Comfy, Quiet Stay
Pros:

I really liked the property grounds, the landscaping was beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The location was close to a lot of different parts of Zion NP so that was very convenient for exploring.

Cons:

Being able to get filtered water for drinking or hot water for tea in the evenings would have been a nice touch.

Très bonne option pour visiter Zion
Pros:

Hôtel qualitatif (bonne literie, propre et moderne) à proximité de Zion, ce qui permet d'y arriver parmi les premiers et évite ainsi de tourner pendant des heures pour trouver un parking.

Cons:

On ne s'habitue vraiment jamais à manger du carton dans du plastic mais celui-ci n'était pas le pire puisqu'au moins on pouvait y faire ses 'gaufres' fraîches le matin.
