Pros:

You have to wait some times 15 to 20 minutes, hot water in the shower keep change some time it come very very hot , you have to leave the shower .

A gem in Courchevel
Pros:

I love this hotel.
Great location , extremely good service from the reception that are very helpful and willing to please till the concierge that can fix everything. Rooms are big with Alpine style.

Pros:

Staff are rude specially at check in , also they insist to have block my credit card for no reason ! While this wasn’t mentioned at their check in condition. The spoild my ski trip for their rudeness . Very poor furnature and old . Room are smelly , elevator is another nightmare .. not working properly and too old . Breakfast is poor too .. they charge 40€ per night for car parking !!

Wifi ruim e intermitente, sinal ruim no quarto 624

Piscina grande poderia ser um pouco mais quente para relaxar apos o dia de eski (na temperatura atual dela só da pra nadar). (A hot tub fica meio cheia as vezes)

Decoração velha em tudo, nos quartos e no interior do hotel. Quando digo velha é coisa muuuito velha. Tipo azuleijos roza no bwc, coisa de 1980 ou antes.

Good location but hotel hasn’t renovated it self long time. Rooms were not looking like they look in the pictures. Used to be amazing hotel but needs to improve.
