Pros:

立地のみだが、不潔さ、スタッフの態度の悪さ、ゲストのマナーの悪さ、不衛生さなどを考えんと、言葉が出ない。

Cons:

不衛生さ、不潔さ、スタッフの悪さゲストのマナーの悪さ、深夜の2時3時でも大声を出して話をスタッフとしていて、寝れなかった、HOTELなのに寝れ無いとは、、タダで空港で寝たほうがましである、USBを部屋で充電するにも、ベッドの上なの方にありコードが届かず充電できない。冷蔵庫に飲み物入れていたら、誰かに飲まれるし、こんな経験は、初めてなので、次回からは、GuestHOUSEに泊まらす、キチンと下にHOTELを予約します。

It was a really poor experience. I stayed there for an hour and booked somewhere else. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

Won’t stay again and NOT recommended!
Pros:

Location was great as it’s located at Bukit Bintang thru by short walk distance to shopping mall.

Cons:

Found lil cockroach in the capsule room wall and the curtain was broken, what i frustrated one is too noisy even at 4:00am there was bunches of the other tenants still speaking loudly outside capsule!
