Excellent location, not far from the parking area at the entrance to the city. Very clean, in a pleasant and quiet area. Wonderful breakfast, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and everything was great again. We really like the cleanliness, spacious showers, nice wooden floors and the thoughtful amenities, especially the wonderfully soft slippers.
A special thank you to the lovely lady working at breakfast. She was warm and attentive, and made an excellent latte.
The location is convenient, and as always, we would happily recommend this hotel.
The only thing we would suggest is using proper duvet covers instead of placing the duvet between two loose sheets.

Above all, we felt so comfortable and at home thanks to Anna, the charming breakfast staff member.
Unfortunately, the paid additional service was very disappointing.
We arranged both our arrival and departure by water taxi through the hotel. However, we find it incomprehensible that the arrival cost an unbelievable €260 (!!!) when the return trip, the same route, only cost €180.
When I complained about that, the Hotel explained the price difference by claiming that someone was supposed to have been waiting for us upon arrival. That was, however, by no means the case.
1) The person we apparently had to pay extra for wasn't at the agreed meeting point. The meeting point was clearly described in the WhatsApp message. We were there. The driver was not. We even sent the driver a photo. When he arrived, he said we were in the wrong place. Which was not the case. After I showed him the WhatsApp chat history, he just mumbled something to himself. No word of sorry. (I'd be happy to send you the chat history.)
2) The boat wasn't there either. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes.
It wasn't a tragedy, but it wasn't worth the extra cost since nothing went right.
When we booked the boat ourselves through a provider on our last visit to Venice, it cost €160, the driver texted us which pier he was waiting, and everything was like agreed. The boat AND driver were waiting for us at the pier. Therefore, I won't be booking this kind of service through the hotel in the future.
I'm willing to pay for extra service, but then that extra service has to be provided.
I would have expected a refund of the price difference for the boat, since nothing went according to what was agreed and paid for, but that was not offered.
