Pros:

In a nice quiet neighborhood in Venice, Close to the train, but far enough away. This is a newer hotel (with very comfortable beds) but still with a small boutique feel to it. Wonderful staff who went out of their way to give us very insightful information about where to go and eat around Venice. They offered a very good breakfast and had a lovely patio outside to enjoy.

Cons:

Small rooms, but probably typical for Venice.

Pros:
