Quiet, free mini bar, water, made to order breakfast eggs, incredible staff, arranged water taxi and also drop off to the pier, ramp at entrance, spacious bathroom and room with sunroof (electric blinds built-in), walking distance to the station and water taxi pier and bus/taxi terminal to airport, good wifi, clean, with garden to chill and library to work

Prices are not expensive. I liked the breakfast, it has many varieties that suits all the tastes. Reception is exceptional. Very recommend.

What a great location! Just a couple of minutes from the grand Canal and Venice train station, this gem of a hotel is tucked into a residential area, avoiding the major tourist routes. There was a beautiful enclosed garden for us to enjoy an impressive breakfast buffet, including cooked eggs, as well as a place for the perfect aperitvo provided by the hotel bar staff. We found this to be a perfect location to explore all of Venice, whether we walked to the main tourist sites or took a water taxi. I would definitely book this hotel again for my next trip to Venice.
I would’ve loved to have had a coffee maker in the room, but that is the only thing I could think of. Everything else was perfect.

Bar is closed on Tuesdays. This also effected room service.
Perfekte Lage zwischen Bahnhof und den Vaporettos, bzw. den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zu Fuß war alles gut erreichbar. Nettes Lokal mit Gastgarten für den Abend zu sehr moderaten Preisen in 50m Entfernung.
Die Dusche am Zimmer war der Überhammer. Das Bett großzügig und bequem. Ich würde dort wieder buchen bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt.
Das Hotel hatte einen kleinen Garten mit Schirmen und Barservice, alles sehr nett, aber keine italienische Musik, eher moderner Beat, wo immer der selbe Rhythmus aus den Lautsprechern dröhnt. Ist aber vielleicht eine Generationenfrage. Wir hätten bei der richtigen Musik dort sicher mehr Zeit verbracht und konsumiert. Glücklicherweise war um 23.00 Uhr die Musik aus.
Die Klimaanlage hat alles sehr stark gekühlt. Wir schalteten sie sogar aus, nach 3h am Abend lief sie wieder, es hatte 21,7 Grad C. Wir schalteten sie wieder aus und öffneten die Fenster zum Aufwärmen. Das ganze Hotel kalt, auch der Gang, als ob Energie nichts kostet.
Café da manhã fantástico, equipe muito solícita e cordial, muito atenciosos. O hotel é realmente estilo boutique, com todos os detalhes muito bem pensados. O único porém é para chegar ao hotel, quem tiver uma bagagem mais pesada vai precisar contratar um carregador na estação, uma vez que Veneza não é nem um pouco acessível em termos de locomoção, as pontes têm degraus e isso atrapalha o viajante.
This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet neighborhood only a short walk from the train station. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Especially noteworthy were Veronica at reception, Elia the bartender, and the women serving breakfast.
