We have taxi company phone on reception you can book taxi on arrival it costs roughly 15-18£ to Gatwick airport depending on the terminal and luggage.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Does the job if you require a night or two to stay near Gatwick Airport, however don’t expect big things.

Good situation, slick procedure.

Cons:

Very light outside penetrating into bedrooms and noisy electric box inside room which didn't help if you are a light sleeper. Bedside lights very bright and in your eyes.
Everything else was fine.

Very good place, value for money. I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The staff are very helpful and always willing to assist my needs. The breakfast was very tasty and good amount I love the scrambled eggs the chef was is a good cook.

The room was clean and spacious.

Nice clean, value for money accommodation, big disappointment no bar or restaurant and quite remote

Facilities were very good. Received a ground floor room, as requested

Cons:

Breakfast was included in the price, we had to leave before it was served to catch our flight.

A bit out of the way, down a rutted dirt road.

Receptionist did not return my passport after checking had to go and ask after we got in the room

Pros:

Nice, somewhat eccentric host, plenty of parking, as quiet as you can hope for next to a Gatwick runway.

Really nice room but double bed a bit small for an elderly couple.

Cons:

Check in policy. They charge £20 for what is considered “late” check-in, after 23.00 hours
