The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the start—the whole team was excellent. Plus, the hotel’s location is outstanding, with everything close by.”

Cons:

shower faucet was broken, the window latch was missing, and the window moved with the wind. The shower basin had cigarette burns, so cleanliness needs more attention. Also, the furniture in the lounge was outdated, and the restaurant menu was very basic for a five-star hotel.
