Everything we wanted and cool hotel design
Pros:

The staff were genuinely really friendly rather than fake consumer service friendly. Everyone was lovely and sorted us out with a parking space.

Cons:

Worst parking situation and won’t be back!
Pros:

Nice location friendly staff when checking in.

Cons:

Checking out was a nightmare! Paid for parking the. Blocked in by two cars parked without an allocated space. Staff very u helpful when returning to reception to try and fix it! Won’t be back! To charge me for a nights parking and specifically saying strictly on a first come basis and then to allow for other people to park and block paying customers for a space when there is a parking facility 1 min walk away was not monitored as suggested on the booking….! Poor service won’t recommend or stay again!

Never again
Pros:

Three things were great- the car park, the fridge in the room and the later check out. Everything else terrible.

Cons:

Uncomfortable super high bed which is crazy for a disabled friendly room- took me ages to climb up to it, thin pillows, dirty cushion and stains on chair, disgusting bathroom with yellow shower curtain and mold, broken bedside lamp, broken kettle, revolting room service, asked for extra pillows due to my bad back and got one super thin one, will never ever be back.

Fabulous Staff
Pros:

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Dundee
Rating: ★★★★★
I originally booked for a single night at Hotel Indigo Dundee, but the experience was so impressive that I immediately extended my stay for a second night. This hotel perfectly captures the industrial heritage of the city while providing top-tier modern comfort.
The Highlights
Exceptional Service: From the moment I arrived, the front of desk staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. They made the check-in process seamless and were more than happy to accommodate my last-minute extension with a smile.
Impeccable Standards: The cleanliness of the room was noteworthy, but the bathroom deserves its own mention. It was absolutely fabulous—spotless, modern, and clearly maintained to an exacting standard.
Unique Atmosphere: The design of the hotel, set within a former jute mill, creates a fantastic boutique atmosphere that feels both stylish and cozy.

Cons:

Nothing of note.
