A very good place to stay in Dundee. Room has all that you need, a decent bar area and the restaurant is great for those wishing to eat on the premises.

Cons:

Issues with the one of the lifts was a bit of a pain during busy times.

Tutto regolare, consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Camera enorme, bagno idem e personale gentile e disponibile, posizione ottima per visitare la città.

Cons:

Parcheggio della struttura piccolo, in bagno i dispenser del sapone erano vuoti

Absolutely disgraceful won’t be back

Cons:

The staff were very rude ignorant and not any help at all place was disgusting.. my husband has copd and we asked for a window pole as the room was very stuffy and still no one came to give us one after numerous times of asking.. we were in an attack room so you can imagine how bad it was!

Pros:

We have stayed here many times and love the location and Junior Suites.

Cons:

You used to be able to select and order a cooked breakfast from a variety of choices. Now they have pre cooked items in heated covered trays which had low quality bacon , sausages and black pudding. Empty frest orange juice and horrible tea and coffee. You has to basically serve yourself and the quiff food and presentation was just NOT there. We checked out today very disappointed and still hungry
NOT GOOD ING YOU HAVE SPOILED A ONCE GREAT GUSET EXPERIENCE. I presume to save money and staff..

Fantastic, spacious rooms, a beautiful building, overall, very good.

Cons:

The on-site parking lot was full, but luckily there’s another paid parking lot nearby. We had to wait a little longer at the front desk for both check-in and check-out.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet rooms with interesting design. So much nicer than the usual generic hotel room. Very welcoming, professional staff at reception and in restaurant.
