It was 104 that day. and our power went out. we went to stay to be comfortable. there’s a huge difference with an ac that turns on and an ac that actually works to keep the room cold. they put us in two different rooms, mind you they were on the 2nd floor and only 1 or 2 couples were staying there. THEY HAD MORE ROOMS. but anyways, they put us in 201 and we were there for almost an hour the room was still so hot. I went to tell the lady and she said “the person who stayed there today said it was working” I highly doubt someone stayed there. She then moved us to 202, right next door. and the ac seemed fine. but we were there for almost an hour, and my son was so sweaty we had to take his clothes off, my daughter had to lay on the floor to stay fresh. and I had to keep pouring water on me and sit right in front of the ac to feel anything. and still the room was not cooling down. so I had to take my family and go somewhere else. wasn’t able to get a refund. which is sad because I was only staying ONE NIGHT, and I didnt even stay, I had to leave that place. another thing was they do not clean their floors. by the time we left the property, my sons feet’s were soo dirty! he had socks on and we had to take them off. and they were filthy. this place is horrible. and the lady there acted like I was crazy. she even saw my son and how sweaty he was and she still thought I was crazy. she made an annoyed sound and face and went to check the rooms. she told my husband “their working” yeah they turn on, but they aren’t even doing their job. i’ve never stayed at hotel/motel where the room still felt hot after just sitting there for an hour. the ac units were also soo dirty inside. they have not cleaned them in so long it seemed like. overall, just a bad experience.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We chose the property after reviewing its ratings, which were over 8.0 on Booking.com, and we expected to be staying at a clean and well-maintained establishment.
Unfortunately, the condition of our room did not meet those expectations. Upon entering the room, we found leftover food in the refrigerator, which was very concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. The bathroom had a patched area on the wall that had not been repainted. In addition, there were multiple areas throughout the room where the paint was peeling or coming off the walls. The beds were also hard and appeared to be old.
These issues gave the room an unclean, poorly maintained, and generally neglected appearance. We understand that hotels may not be perfect, but the condition of this room was not consistent with what we expected based on the hotel’s rating and the standards presented on Booking.com.
We are disappointed that the property did not meet the level of cleanliness and maintenance we reasonably expected.

La chambre était très sale, les murs avaient des fissures et des trous. La décoration est de très mauvais goût et dégradée. Il y avait une forte odeur de cigarettes et de crasse. Décevant.

The bed is a little hard but overall nice
