Excelente lugar, tranquilo e ideal para convivir y desconectarse. El wifi solo llegaba en el restaurante, al llegar el baño un poco sucio (papeles de baño al llegar y sobres de té de los huéspedes anteriores), agua fría salía bien pero caliente salía muy poquita (pegado a la pared para bañarme), sugerencia una cafetera en habitación o área en común!

El agua de manantial está deliciosa!
Pros:

La atención fue muy buena. Las camas cómodas y el lugar es altamente disfrutable, literal, escondido y con áreas para hacer senderismo y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Como área de oportunidad brindar otro tipo de jabones porque es un hotel hermoso para tener jabones de no tan buena calidad. En todo lo demás es grandioso y no dejen de probar el agua de manantial.

Pros:

La estancia fue muy buena y el hotel está muy bien, solo considero importante que se haga saber al huésped que para llegar hay que recorrer un camino de terracería de 4 kilómetros. Pero vale la pena.

Pésima su recepción, no llegó nadie a recibirnos y no había ninguna seguridad, anduvimos recorriendo el hotel y nadie salió o nos preguntó que se nos ofrecía.

Es un lugar alejado de la civilizacion, excelente para disfrutar de la naturaleza y desconectarse un poco. El unico tema es que yo reserve una habiracion para 6 personas y cuando llegamos resulto que no tenian, entonces nos mandaron a dos habitaciones un poco pequeñas e incomodas sin calentones
