Very dirty hotel with helpless staff

Only the location was good.

Cons:

First of all, staff was helpless especially receptionist. They were giving wrong information. They said breakfast was till 10.30 am. But which we saw first come, first take. There is no refilling any items. Room was very old and dirty. There were so many pests and till 1.30 am there is exhaust noice ! This is one of the worst hotel which we stayed. Luckily didnt make longer stay.

Pros:

The staff are really nice and very helpful when I need help. The rooms are spacious and very quiet.. The housekeeper, kitchen staff and front desk are awesome!

Cons:

Location, love the steam room but every time I want to use it the 'in use' sign is on and not enough selection of classic Filipino food..

Location bad, nothing like the brand I have experienced before, staff where unhelpful, need to ask permission to turn the fridge on . Tv so small you could not see or hear from the bed . Did not reply to 5 messages and emails I sent to them
