A superb stay at Ramada Encore! The hotel is both easy to reach and pleasantly quiet, offering the best of both worlds so close to Makati's vibrant center. The rooms are spacious and clean, complete with a great city view, and I received exactly the room I had requested. Service was outstanding, handled with true professionalism by the staff—Jeffrey deserves a special mention for his excellent room service. Exploring the area was simple: I found a top-notch restaurant and a fun club nearby, accessible either on foot or by car. An all-around excellent experience!

Огромные окна нашего номера были очень грязные. Нас поселили в номер, где за грязными окнами располагались огромные сплит системы кондиционеров и балкон, где стирали одежду и смотрели в наши окна сотрудники отеля. При заселении на ресепшне бегал огромный таракан. Слава Богу, в номере вроде не было.

Filipinos are usually incredibly friendly and welcoming. That’s why I was quite surprised that the staff at this hotel, particularly those at the front desk, didn’t seem very friendly or smile much.

WiFi constantly failing and at one stage was out overnight.. Lighting not working aircon remotes not working working unable to control the aircon..fridge in the room not working .Hot water in the shower cutting out.

Our stay at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Makati was nothing short of an absolute nightmare, and I urge anyone reading this to book elsewhere. For a brand that carries the Wyndham name, the utter lack of basic hygiene, maintenance, and hospitality was genuinely shocking.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff set a dismal tone for our stay—they were entirely unaccommodating, cold, and seemingly indifferent to the concept of customer service. As we walked to our room, the hallways greeted us with a pungent, nauseating odor resembling wet, mildewed clothes, stale cigarette smoke, and rotting organic matter.
Unfortunately, the state of the room was even worse:
Severe Safety Hazards: The air conditioning unit was malfunctioning, actively leaking pools of water all over the floor. This wasn’t just an inconvenience; it was a severe slipping hazard that went entirely unaddressed.
Deplorable Hygiene: The bathroom shower was visibly dirty and lacked proper drainage, causing dirty water to back up around our feet. Furthermore, the bedding was marred with unsettling, visible stains.
A Medical Nightmare: The absolute breaking point occurred the next morning when we woke up covered in painful, itchy bed bug bites.
When we brought the bed bug infestation to management's attention, the staff dismissively claimed they had "never heard of this issue before." Their defensive shrug and complete lack of empathy made it crystal clear that guest health and safety are not priorities for this establishment.
Do not be fooled by marketing or proximity. This property is an absolute health hazard, completely neglected by its staff and management. Save your money, protect your health, and book anywhere else. It is not worth a single cent, let alone the stress.

حجزت في هذا الفندق بناء على ما تكون عليه فنادق أربعة نجوم وبناء على الصور الخادعة من الفندق في booking.com وغيرها من التطبيقات والمواقع والتي نشرها الفندق عن نفسه.
لكن الواقع مختلف تماما وليس مثل الصور فلا تنخدع بالصور لغرفة النوم والمرافق.
السجاد في الفندق في الغرف والممرات غير نظيفط ومع الحر والرطوبة في هذه المدينة تنبعث منها رائحة مزعجة جدا تسبب ضيق تنفس.
الفطور متواضع جدا والمطعم ليس كما في الصور والفديوهات
حتى أني وجدت حشرات تمشي بين أطباق الأكل.

I booked this hotel based on what I expected of a four-star hotel and the deceptive photos it posted on Booking.com and other apps and websites.
However, the reality is completely different from the pictures. Don't be fooled by the images of the bedrooms and facilities.
The carpets in the rooms and hallways are unclean, and with the heat and humidity in this city, they emit a very unpleasant odor that causes shortness of breath.
The breakfast is very basic, and the restaurant is not what it appears in the photos and videos.
I even found insects crawling among the food.
The staff's service were unhelpful.
